Dear Resident / Business Owner
This notice is to inform you that ADCO Constructions will be undertaking a shutdown period over Christmas / New Year. The notification also outlines the progress ADCO has made on the Waves Project.
What we are doing
• ADCO’s shutdown period will commence on the 23rd of December and concludes on the 3rd of January 2021.
What to be aware of
• The project site will be locked up and there will be no works onsite during this period.
• The project and works onsite will be back up and running on the 4th of January 2021.
• It is very important during this time that if you see any suspicious activity on the project site you contact the relevant authorities or phone number on the project sign board.
Project Update
• Demolition of existing structure commenced in August and was completed in September.
• Excavation works commenced in September with completion hopefully early January 2021.
• Piling commenced in October and is scheduled to be completed by end of December.
• Stormwater diversion works are now complete
• Pool structure works commenced in mid-November
• Basement car park structure works will commence in late-November
