An Act to amend the Health Act, 1935-1951.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the" Health Act Amend- Short
tltl ...
ment Act, 1952".
(2) The Health Act, 1935-1951, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the" Health Act, 1935-1952".
(3) The Health Act, 1935-1951, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".
2. Section 128 of the principal Act is amended- ::r:~e:!t,or
(a) by striking out the passage "(together with particulars ~~nottfy of the form of tuberculosis from which the person :C~
is suffering)" in subsection (1) thereof; and
(b) by adding at the end of subsection (1) thereof the words ~'Every such report shall be made in the form prescribed by regulation made by the Governor or in a form to the like effect and in the report the medic~l practitioner shall supply such of the particulars specified in the said form as are known to the medical practitioner".
3. Subsection (2) of section 129 of the principal Act (as

enacted by section 3 of the Health Act Amendment Act, 1950) ~~Act,
is amended so as to read as follows : - =tl=~

(2) The Central Board shall in respect of every report made to it in compliance with section 128 by a medical practitioner in the course of private practice, pay to the medical practitioner a fee of· ten shillings and six pence.
