On Friday 27 November 1998 the Barr Smith Library will close at 6.00pm.

From then until Sunday 28 February 1999 the hours will be:

Saturday 28 November 1998 – Sunday 28 February 1999

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm Wednesday 9.00am – 8.00pm Saturday and Sunday Closed

• The Library does not open on the weekend 28-29 November 1998.

• The Library will be closed from Friday 25 December 1998 to Sunday 3 January 1999 inclusive — we open again on Monday 4 January 1999.

• The Library will be closed on the Australia Day public holiday, Tuesday 26 January 1999.

The Information desk, the Loans desk and the Reserve desk will continue to be staffed.

Limited service will be available from the Microform/AV desk – if it is unattended, please ask at the Loans desk.

Special Collections will close at 4.00pm on Thursday 24 December 1998 and will not re-open until Monday 4 January 1999. Hours of opening during the Summer vacation may be shorter than usual. If Special Collections is closed, please ask for assistance at the Information desk.
