Deleted: A copy of the WEMS Access Form Registration Application is available on the IMO website (www.imowa.com.au). 2 The applicant will need to contract for the IMO to issue tax invoices generated by the recipient. 1 Upon receipt of an applicant's application for registration for access to WEMS, the IMO must review and verify the validity of the details of the application.

1 A rule participant wishing to register one or more facilities must complete an Application for Registration of a Facility Name form and submit it to the IMO. If the IMO accepts a registration of a facility, the facility becomes a registered facility of the rule participant at the time and date specified by the IMO. 1 Upon receipt of an application to register a facility name, the IMO must review the application details.

The date of submission of additional information becomes the date on which the application is received by the IMO. 5 If the application relates to the registration of a facility, the IMO must ensure that the facility is not currently registered. 3 The date on which the IMO receives all application information in full becomes the date of receipt of the application.

7 If the ONM does not receive the additional or clarifying information requested from the Rule Participant by the requested date, the ONM may, but is not required to, reject the request for facility registration. 1 Within one working day of receiving a request from the IMO to facilitate an application for the registration of a Facility, System Management must notify the IMO of receipt of the request.

1 When an effective date has been agreed by IMO, the current owner applies to deregister the facility in WEMS. In WEMS registration, go to Facilities and click on the Facility you wish to transfer. In the Schedule Detail window, select Unregister and enter a parameter's effective date in the future (as agreed with IMO).

2 The IMO accepts the de-registration in WEMS and contacts the new owner to inform him that he can apply for the transfer of the facility. 4 The IMO accepts the change in WEMS, with the same effective date as used for the deregistration date. 5 Once the current Owner's effective date (or entered by the IMO if the IMO carries out the transfer) arrives, the object ceases to be registered with the current Owner and becomes a registered object for the New Owner.

3 If the IMO finds that the information does not comply with the requirements of the Market Rules and this process, or that the information provided is insufficient to proceed with the registration, the IMO will request additional information (this triggers the process described in section 2.3 of this document). 6 The IMO may consult with the relevant network operators regarding the transfer of capacity. 7 For other applications, the IMO must decide whether to accept or reject the application and notify the applicant thereof within 20 working days of notification of receipt of the application.

8 If the old and new owners have agreed to allow the IMO to transfer the facility to WEMS, the IIMO will proceed to deregister the facility from the current Owner and transfer it to the new owner, using the date of entry into agreed power. with the Participants.
