T h e l i s t i s divided i n t o t w o sections, t h e first d e a l i n g w i t h pasture l e g u m e s and t h e s e c o n d w i t h cereals a n d grasses. T h e sections a r e arranged alphabetically according t o t h e botanical n a m e s o f t h e h o s t plants. I n general, t h e viral, bacterial, f u n g a l a n d n e m a t o d a l diseases a n d physiological disorders a r e listed i n t h a t order.

T h e locality a n d d a t e o f t h e first record i n e a c h i n s t a n c e , i s also g i v e n whenever possible.
