WRITTEN QUESTION

Mr Higgins to the Chief Minister, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Minister for Northern Australia, Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Services, Minister for Trade, Business and Innovation:

Staffing and Contracts

For all agencies you have responsibility for under the Administrative Arrangements Order, and further to any answer you will provide to Written Question 23

Please advise, by Agency:

1. a. In each category, the number of staff on contracts (by executive and temporary employment contracts)

b. By position, the levels at which these staff are employed on executive or temporary employment contracts

c. By position, when each contract is due to be renewed

2. Specific to the Department of the Chief Minister, in addition to the above, please show, by Ministerial Office, how many Ministerial staff are engaged on contracts and when each contract is due to be renewed.

3. Specific to the Department of the Legislative Assembly, in addition to the above, please show, by Electorate, how many Electorate Office staff are engaged on contracts and when each contract is due to be renewed.
