And whereas silcll licence duties have been found objectionable, aml it is expedient that t h y should he repealed :
cummeneemcnt. Be it therefore Enacted, by the Governor of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the L(~gis1ative Council thereof,.
That this Ordinance shall commence aiid take effect from and after the passing thereof, and shall bc construed, togetlux with the W - cited Ordinance, as one Act.

B. dinanee as relates to the imposition, collection, aid. application of the said licence duties, shall he, and tlie same are hereby rcpealed :
And all moneys herctofore receivccl for or in respect of any such licence or carriage shall be refunded 11y the Ccntnll Board to the parties respectively, by wlimn the same s l d l have been paid.
Saving ckmse. 111. And be it Enacted, Tlint nothing herein contained shall bc construcd to repeal, alter, or affect the said Ordiilance, or ;ruj-tl~iilg
