Function room hire TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DRY TILL: If having a dry till Monies must be paid in CASH ONLY before the start of function.
2. FOOD: NO FOOD IS TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE CLUB.
3. DRINKS: The only drink that can be brought into the Club is water. ALL alcohol, soft drink, tea &
coffee must be purchased from the Club bar.
4. CONFETTI: NO confetti is allowed e.g table confetti. (wedding receptions may be allowed check with staff)
5. DECORATIONS: You may decorate the function room tables at your own costs, STRICTLY NO BLUETAC, THUMB TACKS OR NAILS
Moving of Tables and decorating of function room can only be done 2 hours prior to the function however, if you phone the morning of the function if the room is not in use you may be allowed to decorate earlier.
6. DAMAGE TO CLUB PROPERTY: The person in whose name the booking is made will be held responsible for all damage to club property.
7. ROOM HIRE REFUNDS: A full refund will be given if function room is cancelled 31 days (one month) before the booked date.
