RESOLVED that the Tweed Coast Reserve Trust:-

1. Advertises the Draft Development Options Report for Lot 490 DP 47021 for a period of 28 days and requests comments from the community.

2. Calls for expressions of interest not necessarily using any of the above guidelines in a new imaginative concept for this valuable piece of land.

Voting - Unanimous

There being no further business the Meeting terminated at 8.55pm.
