This is pushed in the same way as the head, and after a little further pressure from the butt from the outside, the knee contacts the toe and can be snapped down. Most teachers advise using the left hand, as the convexity of the knuckles is adapted to the cavity of the sacrum.
The process of staining healthy animal tissue with the use of a microscope is not new. Some of the particles dyed in this way do not give off their color when Sulfuric Acid is added. Magenta's action seems to join with that of Iodine to show their positive animal origins.

The result of Rodgers and Girdwood's process was the finding of strychnine, confirming the results by Stas's process. A portion of the substance was placed on platinum foil, which was heated, and the matter was burned. In another test, a portion of the residue was placed on a glass slide and examined under polarized light.
If there were aniline in the stomach contents, I believe it would be eliminated by Stas's process: I never tried the experiment. The label listed strychnine as a substance to test for; but all the poison was really tested.
