Clearing permit CPS7447/1 (and previous bed and bank permit PMA184459) both expired as a result of the delayed delivery of renewed/extended Section 91 License from DPLH. Atlas are in the process or reapplying for both of these permits.

Atlas is currently seeking approval to develop the Corunna Downs Project in the Pilbara region, approximately 240km south east of Port Hedland. As part of the Project development the existing Hillside-Marble Bar Road will need to be upgraded for the safe haulage of iron ore from the Corunna Downs Project to the Utah Point Port Facility (Port Hedland). The objective of the upgrade is to improve the quality of the Public Road such that the route is suitable for use by Atlas road trains and other road users. An additional benefit will be to improve safety and serviceability of the infrastructure for public use.

application for a Permit to Interfere with Bed and Banks – Hillside-Marble Bar Road Atlas is currently seeking approval to develop the Corunna Downs Project in the Pilbara region, approximately 240km south east of Port Hedland. As part of the Project development the existing Hillside-Marble Bar Road will need to be upgraded for the safe haulage of iron ore from the Corunna Downs Project to the Utah Point Port Facility (Port Hedland). Atlas has previously obtained a Permit to

Obstruct/Interfere (S11) under the RIWI Act (PMA184459(1)) in support of this road upgrade. However, due to delays in obtaining the renewed/extended land access agreement (Section 91 License) from the DPLH, this S11 permit expired before an application to

extent/amend this permit could be applied for. This application serves to reinstate/replace this previous permit. There are no proposed changes to the works since our initial application, with the exception of the revised work dates. The revised land access agreement has been attached to the application and the other relevant supporting documentation is as provided under our previous application, but can be resupplied on request if necessary? Submitted Hi Natassja, As discussed are you able to remove all properties off the application minus the 3 crown reserve 2906 properties as these were the ones selected originally for PMA184459.
