The Registrar shall cause a certificate in Form 7 to be signed on a copy of the rules of the registered company. The Governor, acting by and on the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the provisions of the Building Societies Act, has been pleased to make the following regulation. HIS Excellency the Governor, acting by and on the advice of the Executive Council and pursuant to the provisions of the Building Societies Act, has been pleased to make the following regulations. 34; The Building Societies Regulations 1968" as amended are further amended on and from the seventeenth day of December, 1975.

For the purposes of subsection 4 of section 37 AA of the Act, security for the due performance of the duties of a liquidator appointed by the registrar is a bond in the sum of $20,000 for Her Majesty, her heirs or successors with a surety approved in in accordance with Form 34. Such bond must be lodged with the Registrar by the liquidator immediately upon his appointment. For the purposes of sub-regulation (1) of this regulation an approved surety is any corporation approved for that purpose by the registrar”.

The company regulations prescribed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, in so far as these regulations apply to Chapter X of the Companies Act, must, with all necessary adaptations and with the changes that may be necessary, include the liquidation or dissolution of a registered company.".
