Setting up and using Team Manager Lite For entering

2 File – Open/New
Put in your Clubs name, then click Open
Fill in the System Preferences
3 Set-up – Report Preferences
Team – Add your Teams details
Please make sure State/LSC/Country are blank
4 Athlete – Add Athletes
Information required: Last Name, First Name, Birthdate (age will automatically calculate), ID#, Team 1, 2 etc
Do not use preferred name
5 File/Import/Meet Entries
TM Zip file will be provided for the meet
Double click on the required event.
6 Double click on unzipped file
Meet/Highlight required Meet
7 Entries/Entries by Name – Select swimmers/events and insert time
Times are entered for 35secs as 3500 will convert to 35.00; 1m35 entered as 13500 will convert to 1:35.00 using the enter key
8 To add Club Relay Teams
Entries/Entries by Event
Highlight the Relay event, put Club Code in under Swim for Team in top row
Click on the New Relay Button and choose the correct Age Group
9 Double Click on the swimmers to add them to the Relay team in the correct order.
Medley relays are swum Ba, Br, Bu and Fr.
If you add an incorrect swimmer, double click on the swimmers name and the swimmer will be deleted from the team.
10 After entering all swimmers and their times you should check that you have entered your swimmers correctly.
Reports/Meet Reports/ Meet Entries or Click on the Meet Entries Button
11 Cross check your entries to make sure you have entered your swimmers in the correct events and have nominated the correct times.
Correct any errors then Export and send to Host Club File/Export/Meet Entries
12 Email this file to the Meet Recorder.
