TDC subsidy coupon for E-Waste
How it works:
Tasman ratepayers are entitled to claim one subsidy per year to a maximum amount of
$20 (including GST), when recycling e-waste items (anything with a plug or battery) with approved e-waste recyclers. The subsidy is only available at point of transaction with participating e-waste recyclers, and this coupon can only be redeemed for Tasman street addresses, not PO Box numbers.
To the retailer:
Please send your GST invoice for up to $20 (including GST) per transaction as per the conditions above. If you are not GST registered, please invoice for the amount paid or each subsidy with GST subtracted. Please send the completed coupon/dockets with our invoice quoting a purchase order number to:

In this form we collect personal information from you, including your name and contact information. We collect this personal information in order to verify that you are a Tasman resident, eligible to receive our e-waste recycling subsidy. We may also use this information to contact you to request feedback on e-waste recycling. Besides our staff, we may share this information with research companies that we engage to assess the effectiveness of e-waste recycling.
Providing your email address and phone number is optional and will not affect your ability to access the e-waste subsidy. If you choose not to enter your physical address, you will not be eligible for our $20 e-waste subsidy as we will be unable to verify you as a Tasman resident.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us on 03-543 8400.
