In exercise of the power vested by the Ministry of Education, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh office order No. EM/Sec: I 8/Misc.-7/2007-347(30) dated 30 April 2007 the Vice-Chancellor of the University has been pleased to allow Mr. Shihab Uddin, Lecturer, Department of Soil Science, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh for doing Ph.D. degree in the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo, Japan under Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Scholarship for the period from 27. I 0.2022 to 26.,03.2026.
2. All expenses for his study during his stay in Japan will be borne by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Scholarship.
3. Mr. Shihab Uddin has been granted study leave for the period from 27.10.2022 to 26.03.2026 vide order No. Sec.-2/A4-5/2022/1206/Estt. dated: 14.12.2022
4. He should report to Bangladesh High Commission/Embassy in Japan for registration of his name within 7(seven) days after his arrival in Japan.
5. He has submitted requisite bond and undertaking according to Government's order to serve in the relevant Department of this University for a period of 4(four) years.
6. He is supposed to submit his annual progress report duly recommended by his research Supervisor to the University.
This supersedes this office order No. Sec.-2/A4-5/2022/875/Estt. dated 27.09.2022.
