VDQ pulley: VDQ pulley is used to control the GSM by controlling the pitch length. Fixation Feeder: These types of feeders are used in the electric automatic striper knitting machine to feed the yarn at a specific finger. Feeding the yarn into the feeder through a positive feeding setup with trip tape and a tension device.
When oil licks through the needle trick, it passes onto the fabrics and makes a line. Fabric drop can occur after a drop stitch, especially when an empty needle with a closed lock empty needle runs into the yarn feeder and removes the yarn from the hook of the following needles. In the knitting department, there is too much lint flying back and forth, which is created by yarn due to low twist and yarn friction.
These fibers can adhere or adhere tightly to the surface of the fabric during the manufacture of the knitwear. By using a channel system to clear too much cosmos on the floor. Make sure that the flakes do not stick to the fabric. If the yarn contains foreign fibers, then they remain in the fabric even after finishing. If it's a series, there is a mix-up of the number.

Place the cleaning cloth on the finger and do this with the finger clip and perform 10 times in 10 seconds manually and judge the cleaning cloth with gray scale. Place the cleaning cloth on the water, it has absorbed some water and then squeeze the cleaning cloth. Then place the wet rubbing cloth on the finger and the deer with the finger clip and walk manually 10 times in 10 seconds.
The fabric is then stitched so that it can fit snugly around the molded polyurethane tubing. First, take two layers of fabric and place the template (50 cm) on it. Then we mark 8 holes with a permanent marker and also on the edges of the template.
The fabric is then sewn and given to the washing machine to run with water at 60°C for 60 minutes. Moisten the sample in a flat dish with acid and alkaline solution and keep it for 30 minutes. Ensure that operators add the correct bulk chemicals into the process at the same time and temperature.

This is the first sample made for any style by most of the buyer. The prototype is developed at the very first stage and usually the order to the factory is confirmed only based on the prototype. As the prototype is first given to the factory to the buyer, so to develop the prototype the buyer must provide the necessary information along with.
If the buyer does not approve the prototype, the factory must submit the 2nd prototype for approval. The fit test is made and sent to match the fit of the garment on live models or on the dummy and for approval of construction details. The quality of the sample must be up to the buyer's mark; Therefore, the vendor should be aware and ensure that the product development team is well aware of the sample quality parameters.
The main purpose of the size set sample is to check whether the factory is able to make the sample in all sizes. The samples can be made in the sample room or on the actual production floor as required by the buyer. Bulk cutting of fabric for production should only begin after the custom sample has been approved.
If the sizes are more in number, then the buyer may ask to skip a few sizes, called a jump size group sample. The PP sample is the standard for production and bulk production garments must be identical to the PP sample. The wash sample is made and submitted to the buyer for evaluation of the feel and handle of the fabric after washing the jeans or shirt wash program, so the wash sample at either the designated size stage or the PP stage is sent to the buyer for approval and for run the washing program.
If the sample is not approved or approved with comments, the factory must submit a 2nd sample to get approval. The production top is sent to the customer as soon as the initial pieces come off the sewing line with a proposal from the QA department. The main purpose of this sample is to assure the buyer about the actual shipment of the shipment.

Spreading means the smooth stretching of fabric in overlapping layers of specific lengths. During stretching, the number of pleats should not be more than three hundred, but it depends on the thickness of the fabric and the height of the cutting knife. For example: if the thickness of the fabric is greater than the number of pleats mentioned above it would not be valid and in the case of straight knife cutting instrument, the maximum height of laying should be 70% of the height of the blade.
The width of a mark is equal to the width of the fabric and may not exceed the width of the fabric. This means that the pattern pieces must be placed very carefully in such a way that waste is of course minimized. Miniature type marking: Miniature type marking is sometimes made and its purpose is to plan or schedule and learn or study i.e.
Computerized method of marker: Now the commonly used system of marker making is computerized method. In this system, a man does it himself with the help of computer software (CAD and CAM) and it requires significantly less time than the manual system. Among these procedures, Aman tex uses computerized marker making method. Before placing the pattern pieces on the marker or during marker making, take into account the cutting allowances where needed and where not.
During marker making, we have to think about the table size, the length of the fabric, etc. The ratio between the total areas of the pattern pieces and the total area of the making paper is technically termed as Marker Efficiency.
