The piston is equipped with special punches and moves towards and into the die block, which is attached to a rigid body. It is a simple and inexpensive press, suitable for light operations, such as piercing, blanking, bending, etc., the arm is rotated manually, the piston rod moves up and down to perform the required operation. The engine drives the crankshaft, which converts the rotational motion into reciprocating motion of the piston.
The ram was equipped with the punch, to perform the job held on the die block and support. The electric motor supplies energy to the flywheel and this energy is transferred to the ram via a clutch and crankshaft. a) Gearless (flywheel) type. Shaping (embossing, beading, cutting, etc.) b. Helve hammers are well suited for general engineering work where stock sizes change frequently.
Trip hammers have a vertically reciprocating ram driven by a linkage driven by a rotating shaft at the top of the hammer. Piston of the compressor cylinder compresses air and delivers it to the ram cylinder where it drives the piston integral with ram which delivers the strokes to the work. The reciprocation of the pressure piston is achieved by crank drive driven by a motor through a reduction gear.
The basic design for an automatic hammering machine is to fix the motor on a stand and then insert the motor shaft into the center hole of the disc. The disc is connected to the hammer rod with the connecting rod when we supply the DC power to the DC motor by using an adopter, then the motor shaft starts to rotate and further transmits the rotary motion to the disc by using the shaft. The first decision is to create a clout for the operation in question, this will help determine the affordability of the product. Almost all types of DC motors have an internal mechanism, electromechanical or electronic; to periodically change the direction of flow in a part of the motor.
A coil of wire with a current flowing through it creates an electromagnetic field that is aligned with the center of the coil. The direction and magnitude of the magnetic field produced by the coil can be changed by the direction and magnitude of the current flowing through it. The total amount of current sent into the coil, the size of the coil and around which it is wrapped dictate the strength of the electromagnetic field created.
A connecting rod is a part of a hammer machine that transmits the movement of the hammer to the camshaft and acts as a lever arm. A caster (also called a castor according to some dictionaries) is a wheeled device typically mounted on a larger object that allows for relatively easy rolling movement of the object.

The calculated impact speed is 1.24 m/s with a torque force of 7.92 N-m, which is sufficient and calculated successfully. Since the standard allowable shear stress value for M10 screw is N/mm2, and the calculated shear stress value is N/m2, so the shear stress value is less than the allowable shear stress, so the structure is safe.

Since the required torque force is larger, it is difficult to find the motor that can achieve the required torque. The concept of an automatic hammering machine in this article has been shown to have a place in the actual market and meet a need of potential customers. IN this article, the concept of the prototype of an automatic hammer machine will have to meet the basic design requirement. Let's add a few more lines to the proposed concept about our impression project work.
Help in production line where many workers are used for the material handling purposes it also reduces the cost and threshing time requirement of more number of workers will be completely eliminated as only two workers can carry out the complete operation. Furthermore, for the automatic hammer machine to be fully successful in the future, many collateral improvements must be made in terms of systems (autopilot technology, for the moment) and time delay management (pedal controlled control will be required) and some change may done in this project. For the design, the impact velocity and torque for rivet of 2 mm rivet are accurately calculated.
The project work has provided us with an excellent opportunity and experience to use our limited knowledge. As you do this in planning, pitching, editing and editing, the project work feels like a good solution for bridging the gates of project work between institutions and industries. We are proud to have successfully completed the work in limited time. The automatic hammer machine works in good condition.
