Subject: Submission of internship report entitled An Analysis of the Merchandising Activities of Unimas Sportswear Limited. With deep respect and honor, I would like to inform that I have completed my internship report titled "An Analysis of the Merchandising Activities of Unimas Sportswear Limited" as a case. My paper covers the methods of gathering information to prepare this paper, purpose and scope of the paper, the limitations I had in my preparations and I have tried with the expertise I have to analyze activity and prepare possible recommendations and suggestions for , how it could perhaps have been improved.

Amit Kumar Bepari, ID has prepared this internship report titled an Analysis of Business Activities of Unimas Sportswear Limited under my supervision as a requirement of the MBA program. I also want to thank all the people who have given their support and help and I am extremely grateful to everyone for the successful completion of the reports. And finally I would like to thank Unimas Sportswear Limited for giving me the opportunity to do my internship in the reputed organization.

On the other hand, it helps both the unemployed and the government to solve the unemployment problem and also plays an important role in the economic development of the country. So, sellers perform all kinds of work, starting from the delivery of goods to the buyers, and always want to satisfy them, because the well-being of the clothing sector depends on the satisfaction of the buyers. I have chosen the textile apparel industry for my internship and the name of the company is Unimas Sportswear Limited.

Two non-marketing elements have played an important role in ensuring the continued success of the apparel industry; these elements are (a) quotas under the Multi-Fiber Agreement 1 (MFA) in the North American market and (b) special market access in the European market.

Scope of the Study

Bangladesh's garment industry has been a major export sector and a major source of foreign exchange for the past four decades. It has been found that the trend of lower clothing costs is the main reason for the shift in clothing production in Bangladesh. Garment Sector and Global Chain in Bangladesh The reason for this shift can be clarified by the wage structure in the garment industry across the world; in the United States there is an hourly wage rate (wages and benefits, US dollars).

Buyers email the design specification for the item to prepare the sample and price. Then the prepared sample and the price of the sample are sent to the buyer by mail. After settling the price, the buyer sends the contract and order form to Unimas Sportswear Ltd.

In the merchandising process, first a mail is received from the buyer with a sketch, details of design are mentioned in this sketch. If the buyer needed a special type of fabric that is not available at the clothing retailer, they try for the convenience of the retailer. After receiving the sketch and measurement chart from the buyer, the seller develops the sample according to the buyer's requirements and sends it to the buyer.

In the merchandising process, at the beginning an email is received from the buyer with a sketch; the details about the design are mentioned in this sketch. The buyer mentions in the post the details of the material, the washing instructions, the details, etc. If the buyer has requested any special type of material that is not available from the seller of the garments, he must conveniently exchange.

After receiving the buyer's sketch and size chart, the seller will develop the sample according to the buyer's requirements and send it to the buyer. If the buyer asks to pick up various accessories, the seller negotiates with the supplier. When the introduction requirements are ready, the seller Unimas Sportswear Limited will start production according to the sample and other mentions in the contract form.

To control the quality of the goods, he gives the authority to the production manager. If there is any problem, then the garment will be repaired in this way, the quality of the garments is maintained in Unimas Sportswear Limited. After washing and packaging, the product is finally inspected by the top quality inspector of the house or the buyer.

Achievement of this organization

Before packing, you need some accessories, such as the price ticket, handshake, poky bag, cotton sticker, etc. If they were satisfied after the inspection, then the product is just as ok for shipping. In this step, the sales manager helps the trader to stay in touch with the transport lines.

This collaboration makes this organization honest about its commitment to quality and scheduled delivery to its customers. For its reputation as an employee organization, it has built a marketing network with some important customers. These customers are not easily vulnerable to other factories as they are satisfied with Unimas Sportswear Ltd.

To be successful in their commitment to their customers, they always ensure the timely delivery of the necessary accessories in the production process. The marketing department has taken responsibility for supplying these accessories to the production process to ensure delivery. For the convenience of this responsibility, they have built long-term relationships with the suppliers of accessories that they do not produce and have done the necessary work on paper, with strict conditions with these suppliers of accessories.

That is why the long-term relationship with their buyers is the strength of the company. It does not mean that, being a proof of quality, the ISO certificate is very essential for the spread of its market. There is no proper placement of the final products to place them safely and at the time of shipment there is a possibility of error.

The HR department can prove this and show that they are there for the employees and motivate the employees who perform the best. The big advantage would be that advertising happens automatically and your textile products are also sold on the local market. The technology for the textile industry has improved and these technologies are being purchased by both international and local competitors so that they produce good quality clothing products, increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

There are many factors that are detrimental to the business and can cause potential minimization. The buyer industry in our country is in the flow of growth, the industry provides good fodder for new players. In this industry this aspect is not considered as there is no perfect substitute for the service provided.
