The bank's risk management covers a wide spectrum of risk issues, but the five core areas of banking are - Credit risk, Currency risk, Internal control and Compliance risk, Money laundering risk and asset liability management. The main purpose of risk management is to secure the bank's capital, financial resources, profitability and market reputation. RECOGNIZED BANK’S AS THE MEMBER OF BANGLADESH BANK CLEARING HOUSE WITH THEIR CLEARINGHOUSE CODE

Every bank has an officer of clearing house who works with Bangladesh Bank clearing house. Cleaning officer checks all the checks and deposit slip very carefully and then he receives the check. After that, the clearing officer posts all the checks in computer software, which is recognized by the Bangladesh bank's computer department.

The clearing officer then pre-seals all checks, after which the officer endorses all checks and signs all checks. All checks are placed in the computer per branch, after which the officer prints the entire document and staples all checks per branch. This is called the clearinghouse schedule. It is a very difficult job to staple all the checks, because the amount of checks is sometimes enormous, there can be as many as 250 to 400. This is a very important job because each check must be stapled very carefully, it means the amount of the check and the number of printing leaves and the check branch must be the same.

If the checks are stapled in the wrong direction, the check can be returned from another bank, that's why MTBL is unable to credit a party account. 35 Then the clearinghouse officer copies the entire document on two diskettes as per Bangladesh Bank requirement. When the clearing officers enter the clearinghouse, his first job is to deliver the diskettes to the Bangladesh Bank computer department.

This ratio is most useful when compared to the interest paid on the company's debt. The market value ratio relates the company's stock price to earnings and book value per share. A stock's price-to-earnings ratio (P/E) is a measure of the price paid for a stock relative to the revenue or profit the company earns per share.

The main reason for the decline in the P/E ratio is the decline in the price per share. It shows how much a firm earns in dividends per share to give to its shareholders.

MTBL is considered to be a very reliable bank and the growing number of customers indicates its increasing acceptance among customers. Since MTBL was able to increase the total number of account holders quickly, it now needs to focus on the level of customer satisfaction. This is extremely important if MTBL is to avoid losing customers to the many competing banks.

It is true that last year's yield declined, but it is still quite satisfactory. One thing that is definitely worth mentioning is that all customers were very satisfied with the attitude and product presentation and sales skills of all MTBL officials. Since selling requires a lot of interpersonal skills, customer feedback shows that MTBL is competitive in convincing customers.
