In the event that dyed or printed fabrics are inspected, the repeat estimation should be performed from the beginning, middle and end of the selected rolls. For consistent defects, e.g. side shading, center shading, left to right shading, end to end shading, no penalty will be awarded, but the roll will be graded as second quality and must be reported to be processed for replacement.
Experimental Details
Faults of Factory 1 (Grey)
Causes of Faults of Factory 1 (Grey)
Here are the causes of hole there machine tension, machine setting, low tension in yarn and other causes. Here are the causes of oil stains, which are grease and oil stains from the unprotected moving machine and fabric touching the floor and other dirty places during transport in the wagons. Oil stain stains from the unprotected moving m/c parts failure is 103 and its percentage is 78.63% and cloth touching the floor and other dirty places during transportation in the carriages 28 and its percentage is 21.37%. and finally the total oil spot failure is 131 pcs.
Here we have shown the total number of fly contamination errors and its causes in the count report and find out how many errors of any cause and their percentage is given below. The causes of fly contamination are the interlacing of one yarn with another yarn and the total number of interlacing of one yarn with another yarn is 152 pieces and the percentage is 100%. If the total error is 152 pieces and its percentage is 100%, then it means that all fly contamination comes from Mired one yarn to another yarn. Here are the causes of thick or heavy areas of the yarn or string coming to the yarn feeders, and the total number of thick or heavy places in the yarn or string coming to the yarn feeders is 107 pieces and its percentage is 100%.
If the total error is 107 pieces and the percentage is 100%, it means that all loops come from a thick or heavy place in the yarn or per line on yarn feeds. Here the causes of setup are two reasons, the first one is thread tension problem and the second one is the machine setting problem. Then show the total wire tension problem is 36 pic and its percentage is 85.71% and machine set problem is 6 pcs and its percentage is 14.29% and finally the total error of setup is 42 pcs.
Faults of Factory 2 (Grey)
Hole, oil spot, fly contamination, slubs, set and also displayed amount of each defect are available.
Causes of Faults of Factory 2 (Grey)
In this table we come into view, total machine tension error is 22 pcs and its percentage is 36.67%, machine setting error is 24 pcs and its percentage is 40%, low tension in yarn error is 10 pcs and its percentage is 16.67% and other causes of debt is 4 pcs and percentage is 6.67% and finally the total error of hole is 60 pcs. Individually identify how many errors are any causes and the percentage is given below. the unattended moving machine parts. Oil stain stains from the unattended moving m/c parts fault is 72 pieces and its percentage is 83.72% and Dust touching the floor and other dirty places, during transportation in the trolleys 14 pieces and its percentage is 16.28%.
Here the causes of fly infestation are exchanging one yarn with another yarn and the total number of interchanged yarns with another yarn is 217 pieces and the percentage is 100%. If the total error is 217 pieces and the percentage is 100%, then that means that all fly contamination comes from one yarn to another yarn. Causes due to a thick or heavy spot in the yarn or because the line comes onto the yarn transport. Here the causes of slubs are thick or heavy spots in yarn or by line coming on yarn feed and the total number of thick or heavy spots in yarn or line coming on yarn feed is 17 pieces and the percentage is 100%.
If the total error is 17 pieces and the percentage is 100%, it means that all loops come from thick or heavy place in yarn or per line coming on yarn feeds. Then show the total wire tension problem is 14 pic and its percentage is 82.35% and machine set problem is 3 pcs and its percentage is 17.65% and finally the total error of setup is 17 pcs.
Faults of Factory 1 (Finished)
Causes of Faults of Factory 1 (Finished)
Oil stain stains from the unattended moving m/c parts fault is 35 pieces and its percentage is 79.55% and Dust touching the floor and other dirty places, during transportation in the trolleys 9 pieces and its percentage is 20.45%. Here are the causes of color spot Chemical is not properly reduced and the total number of Chemical is not properly reduced is 37 pcs and its percentage is 100% .if the total fault is 37 pcs and its percentage is 100% so that means all paint stain is from Chemicals not properly reduced. Here we have tried to show the total yellow spot and different causes of yellow spot.
Many packaging materials contain BHT. and an antioxidant that causes phenolic yellowing upon reaction. no gases in the air. The causes of yellow sports are many packaging materials that contain BHT and an antioxidant that causes phenolic yellowing when it reacts with gases in the air and nitrous oxide is the cause of phenolic yellowing in fabric. The total number of many packaging materials containing BHT and an antioxidant that causes phenolic yellowing when it reacts with non-gases in the air is 97 pieces and its percentage is 65.54%, and nitrous oxide is the cause of phenolic yellowing in fabric 51 pieces and its the percentage is 34.46%.
After the fabric is fed from the roller for a while, the fabric is folded and the pressure of the roller then forms a crease mark. Here are the causes of crease marks when the fabric is taken out of the roller for a while, where the fabric is folded, and the pressure on the roller that then creates crease marks is 56 pcs., and its percentage is 100%.
Faults of Factory 2 (Finished)
There are holes, stains/dust, missing yarn, naps, loop slubs and shows the amount of the individual fault.
Causes of Faults of Factory 2 (Finished)
Total number of comic spot is 10 pcs and its percentage is 8% and other one oil spot is 115 pcs and its percentage is 92%. Here are the causes of missing yarn Yarn Fault and the total number of Yarn Faults is 10 pcs and its percentage is 100%. If the total error is 10 pieces and its percentage is 100%, it means that all the missing yarn is from yarn error.
Here the causes of casting on are two reasons: the first is the yarn tension and the second is the machine setting. Then show that the total yarn tension problem is 38 shots and the percentage is 70.37% and the machine setup problem is 16 pieces and the percentage is 29.63% and the total cast-on error is finally 54 pieces. Here the causes of the loop are the broken needle and the total number of broken needles is 21 pieces and the percentage is 100%.
Determine individually how many errors are possible causes and the percentage is given in Table 3.8.6: Causes of errors of slubs. Here the causes of slubs are thick or heavy places in yarn or by line coming on yarn feed and the total number of thick or heavy places in yarn or line coming on yarn feed is 16 pieces and the percentage is 100%. If the total error is 16 pieces and the percentage is 100%, it means that all the slubs come from a thick or heavy place in yarn or from the line coming on yarn feed.

- Comparison of causes of factory 1 and factory 2
Low voltage problem is very common problem to create hole in factory 1 hole is 27 and factory 2 hole is 4 and other reasons are that both factories are same. In grease and oil stains from the factory with unprotected moving machine parts, 1 total oil stain is 103 and factory 2 is 72. And fabric touching the floor and other dirty places, during transportation in the wagons to create factory 1 oil stain is 28 and factory 2 create 14 .
Indicate here that the vertical axis is the percentage and the horizontal axis is the errors of the causes of oil spills. Here in this graph we see grease and oil stains from the unattended moving machine parts. Factory 1 is 78.63% and factory 2 is 83.72%. And dust that touches the floor and other contaminated places also causes oil stains during transport in the carts. Factory 1 is 21.37% and factory 2 is 16.28%.
In Mired a yarn to another yarn factory, 1 total fly contamination is 152 and factory 2 is 217. In Causes of thick or heavy place in yarn or by line entering yarn supplies, factory 1 has total slub 107 and factory 2 is 17. Here is indicated vertical axis is percentage and horizontal axis is error on causes of setup.
Comparison of finished fabric fault
- Comparison factory 1 and factory 2
And we also tried to show that comparison of both factory setups cause percentage. And last one is factory 1 total slub is 56 and its percentage is 9.21 and here after different factory 2 the total slub is 16 and its percentage is 4.32%. Then we see this graph is another error totally different because both factories count these errors differently here we see factory 1 oil spot percentage is 7.24% but factory 2 does not count these errors.
That's right, here we see that factory 2 counts 33.78% blemishes/dust, but factory 2 doesn't count those defects.
