The main purpose of the report becomes very clear from the subject of the report. However, the objective of the study is to make an analysis of the Customer Service Activities of the SAGUFTA Group of Companies in terms of the housing project. Most of the customers are worried about the parcel delivery process, so to keep the confidence of the customers it should be done on time and all the modern facilities should be distributed to all the customers.
Finally, SAGUFTA Group has successfully established itself as one of the leading trusted real estate developments in Bangladesh with a reputation for a touch of class and dignity within the reach of all classes of people. City Developers Ltd is another of the first apartment development companies in the group. The subject of the report was assigned by the respected faculty supervisor of Daffodil International University and was approved by the supervisor of the organization SAGUFTA Group to satisfy both organizational requirements as well as the fulfillment of the internship program.
The internship program for BBA students at the Department of Business Economics, Faculty of Economics, Daffodil International University is an integral part, which opens the door to gathering practical knowledge in relation to theoretical knowledge of the BBA education. The scope of the organizational part covers the organizational structure, background, objectives and functions of the SAGUFTA Group of Companies as a whole.

If any customer fails to pay the due in schedule time, then this department arranges time extension for the latter and gives the time extension approval. For business the customer is not able to take deed in this case the officers of this department communicate with the customer to take the deed by this time officers make a rough copy of the deed. If any changes are required in customers' payment schedule or the plot changes, this department arranges all procedures.
This department also makes a note for registration when the customer settles all dues with registration.

Introduction of the Real Estate Business in Bangladesh
The gap between rich and poor is gradually widening, and therefore the middle class and poor people find it difficult to afford housing. But the good thing is that the government has started thinking about the problems and they are focusing on a formal policy on the real estate industry in Bangladesh. In the first step few years back, Bangladesh government suggested the real estate companies to think of housing for middle class and poor people considering their affordability.
Bangladesh Bank, the central bank of Bangladesh, has also announced a cut in interest rate on home loans. He also said that he would gradually make issues related to housing finance more flexible. Availability of appropriate financial services and access to these financial services by the mass of people is one of the most important issues in case of development of real estate business in Bangladesh.
Banks, except a few banks, do not give home loans, and those who do give home loans have strict conditions. These banks charge higher interest rates for home loans and sometimes they want the loan to be secured by something ie. Banks try to explain the situation by saying that the scope of real estate activities in Bangladesh is quite narrow and they always bear potential credit risks originating from borrowers. .

From the survey, it is found that out of 30 respondents, 19% customers are very happy, 33% customers are somewhat happy, 40% of them are happy and 8% believe that the company needs changes. Very few of them are very happy and think about the need for changes regarding this point. From the survey, it is found that out of 30 respondents, 3% customers are very happy, 48% customers are happy, 49% of them are somewhat happy.

Most customers are not very satisfied with the sales procedure, so the sales procedure needs to be adjusted. Saguft needs to increase more skilled manpower to carry out its operations more efficiently so that many employees do not have to take mental pressure to hand over the projects on time.
