Deep knowledge and keen interest of our supervisor in the field of "Web Application, Data Mining, Internet of Things (IoT), Android Application, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Android, Image Processing, Embedded System, Robotics, Blockchain, Cyber Security" to carry out this project. In this application user just upload the resume and they will return what kind of skills are in the resume. This application only detects the skills of CV and sends all the skills by email.
I am creating this application for the multinational company. In this HR has to handle a lot of resumes and to process all those resumes manually it is very hard work and needs a lot of time to check all those resumes. To use my application (CV analysis) HR just uploads the CV to the web page, then he will send back the output of skills in his email. The application will help the human resource department to select the right candidate for a specific job profile which in turn provides skilled workforce for the organization.
The application system makes it easy for the HR department to narrow down the candidate pool based on the resume review criteria. The program will assist the human resources department in choosing the best candidate for a specific job description, resulting in the provision of skilled labor to the company. The analysis also attempts to identify any outliers or trends in the data that may be of interest.
In this system 1. drop the docx or pdf file of the resume and the website will analyze the resume and find what kind of skills the resume has and discover all the skills.
