The GSM Basic Gas Leak, Flame Detection and Protection System Framework is intense, customizable and extremely easy to use. We build a GSM basic gas leakage, flame detection and protection system structure with Arduino UNO board. Creating and planning a controller circuit that can be a GSM basic gas leakage, flame detection and protection system.

The spread of fire and smoke inside a structure can be affected by various segments, for example, mathematics, assessment, arrangement and use of the structure [9]. This shows the overall structure of the fire detection framework and control computer program within the design.
The venture delivers a gas spill location with fire control capability and a core care framework model. The question hires Arduino to gather and calculate information about the required stretch yield. Technical: From a technical point of view, the resources required for the development of this project were already available from the university, which include Integrated Development Environment (IDE), GSM Module, LPG Gas Sensor (MQ-06), IR Flame Sensor infrared, four channel transfer board and Arduino UNO.
Absence of related knowledge and learning the improvement stage used would be a limitation, but our past involvement in dialects of comparative programming we use the Arduino stage to advance this endeavor. Timeline: To deal productively with the work process of the task and for specific achievements, they were set against the start of the company with predetermined time frames for design, improvement, testing and documentation of the relative number of phases required in the life cycle of this company. Operational: This company's assessment of the operational potential was a key factor in selecting the systems used in the plan, improving and dispatching this mission to work in the given climate.
The college's training codes for the use of human volunteers, danger and ethics were closely followed.

Therefore, to inform the user, we can take the necessary steps as soon as possible and save or reduce our loss of gas leakage. The main goal of this part of our project is to detect the flame if it accidentally goes off and then notify the user by calling his/her mobile phone using the GSM module. When the flame is detected, the mini water pump turns on and water is sprayed onto the fire.
To make the user notify, that is why we can take the necessary step as soon as possible and can save or reduce the flame loss.

For the LPG gas sensor, there are many more gas modules, but the LPG gas sensor MQ-06 was chosen for its accessibility with minimal effort, its ability to understand and its accessibility. Finally, for Microcontroller, the best known are those supplied by Microchip, ATMEL, Motorola and Texas Instruments; all of these Arduino microcontrollers manufactured by Microchip were generally found to be reasonable due to their accessibility with minimal effort.
System Design
The Ease project uses an MQ6 gas sensor that can be adjusted to detect spill levels depending on environmental factors. The facility places a call using a GSM to alert the customer if there is a hazardous spill at any location. When there is a gas leak, first the mq-6 gas sensor detected the gas, then the stepper motor opens the window to bypass the gas.

A fire locator is a sensor intended to go over and respond to the presence of a fire or fires, enabling fire identification. A fire detector can often respond faster and more accurately than a smoke or heat indicator because of the components it uses to find the fire. Incorporate a fire sensor (ir-recipient), resistor, capacitor, potentiometer and comparator lm393 into a coordinated circuit known as fire sensor module.

The MQ-6 (Figure 4.7) can distinguish gas fixations somewhere in the range of 200 to 10,000 ppm. This sensor has high sensitivity and fast response time. This sensor Figure (4.7) comes in a package similar to our MQ-6 gas sensor, and can be used with the breakout board below.
A GSM module is a chip or circuit that will be used to develop the correspondence between a phone or figure machine and a GSM structure. The modem (modulator-demodulator) is an essential part here inventory circuits and correspondence interfaces (such as RS-232, USB 2.0 and others) to the PC. A GSM module can be a dedicated modem gadget with a serial, USB or Bluetooth connection, or it can be a mobile phone that provides GSM modem capabilities. This module is used to alert the user by calling him/her within 30 seconds after detecting the gas.
This motor is used to open the window of the house and the gas is avoided. The moment the sensor detects the gas, it naturally sends a flag to the engine and opens the window to the point where the gas is completely vented outside. Actually connect the pipe line to the exhaust of the engine, lower it into water and activate it.
Dry running can also damage the engine due to heating and will also cause noise.

If it is connected, then if the flame sensor detected a flame, then the flame module connected to the Arduino, if there is a flame in the room, it stays in the room, then naturally the water pump turns on. If the flame sensor has detected a flame, then the gsm module connected to the Arduino, if there is a flame in the room, it stays in the room, then a phone call follows. The Flame module can be connected to the Arduino using jumper wires and a connector.
Figure 5.2 shows how to connect the infrared IR Flame module to our Arduino board. In this project, a gas leakage system is provided where the gas is automatically detected when there is a leakage and therefore a call is made via the GSM module to alert the user. In this overview (Figure: 5.4.1), we can see that if the gas sensor distinguishes the gas after turning on, the GSM module associated with Arduino, if there is gas in the room, the window will open and close naturally and tries to remove gas from the room. kitchen or room and if the gas leakage rate is high at that time, please call the customer number and inform the doorbell.

Generally, the software and hardware parts of the systems are developed and tested by injecting a small amount of LPG near the gas sensor module. One of the notable functions of this system is the addition of a subsystem where gas wastage and gas usage can be monitored using this system. The system is flexible as a larger number of sensors and relays can be added to it according to the entire LPG supply configuration in those premises.
In the future, this system will have a function that will allow it to alert the emergency services if an accident occurs. The system will be optimized for use in many places, such as in the car, at home, in industry and in many other places.
