Two things set humans apart from the rest of the animal kingdom: one is the ability to think and the other is clothing. The names of the production systems are based on several factors such as the use of a number of machines to assemble a garment, the layout of the machines, the total number of operators involved to produce a garment and the number of pieces put into a production line moves during the production of a garment. a piece of clothing. There is no specific production system that is universally accepted, yet there are different types of production systems followed by different organizations, as discussed in the next section.

Some definitions of the term textile also include products obtained according to the principle of papermaking and which have many of the properties associated with conventional fabrics. The goal of the Bitopi Group is to become the preferred partner for the purchase of high-quality clothing.

The second garment is cloth to present his/her environment as a human being and to cover the shy people. We can say that a garment is a fabric to protect the cold or hot environment of the human body by covering a cloth. It contains different types of electricity, machines and materials that come in many types of clothing such as.

Let yourself know what kind of work will be performed in this segment. The quality policy of Dowel grope is to manufacture and export various types of high quality ready-made garments to its customers. The aim of Dowel grope is to achieve and improve customer satisfaction by providing competitive price, on time delivery of contracted quality and quantity of ready made garments with reliability and also to increase efficiency of work force.

Inspection is done for quality control by inspecting the products without any instruments. Inspections aim to reduce time and cost by detecting defects or faults at every step of garment production. Stop the inspection process every 50 yards and use the tape to check for any shading.

Sometimes you may need to turn off the light to see how a flaw will affect the appearance of a garment. Spreading is a process by which layers of material are spread to get the desired length and width according to marker dimension. In other words, spreading is the process of stacking layers of fabric to enable simultaneous cutting.

Thickness of the fabric: When the thickness of the fabric is more than the number of layers should be less and the number of layers can be higher in case of thin material. Nature of the fabric: layer height is determined by the nature of the fiber that makes up the fabric. In the case of the same number of layers of cotton may be cut man-made fiber may not be cut.

CONSTRUCTION 218 Any part of garment caught in seams/ Unattached parts CONSTRUCTION 219 Unsecured component/ trim/ label/ Elastic. This procedure covers the main moment inspection of the new style Line Roaming QC will place six semaphore cards throughout the machine. Orange for machine concern, 4. white for trainee or new operator, 5. Red for machine stop and 6. chocolate for critical operation.

While you check if the process is okay, Roaming QC will set the green card to that operation. But if any problem is found, the roaming QC will set the yellow card as an alarm condition. It would be followed by a QC walkthrough and checking the machine twice. If the problems are not resolved, he (R) will place the red card on that machine to stop the machine.

The best moment for any new style, the Roaming QC will select minimum 10 machines as critical operations and hang the chocolate color traffic card on these machines and everyone would follow up whether a defect generates or not. If there are critical problems, everyone as a whole (Roaming QC, LC, mechanic, technician and test technician) will solve the problems. If there is a defect, use the correct method and the right motivation for the operator.

Quick changeover is the amount of time it takes to change a piece of equipment from producing the last good piece of a production lot to the first good piece of the next production lot. One of the main benefits is that it will increase the overall efficiency of equipment by reducing downtime and increasing productive time. Because you will make fewer adjustments as part of your setup, you will improve the quality on the first piece.
