Mehedi Hasan (CSE) and Mahanuz Akter Sabbo (CSE of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sonargaon University (SU), have been accepted as satisfactory in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering advertisement approved with regard to its style and content We hereby declare that the work presented in this report is the result of the study conducted by us under the supervision of Bulbul Ahamed, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sonargaon University , Dhaka, Bangladesh We reconfirm that no part of this project has been or is being submitted elsewhere for the award of any degree or diploma.

It is designed to limit diagnostic center misinformation and test details. This system is the solution to all problems around a patient face test and booking. This information system is controlled, maintained and controlled by the administrator to verify the patients and the hospital.

This system is a web-based application that consists of HTML, CSS, PHP, LARAVEL, MySQL, JavaScript and Bootstrap, a cross-platform accessible information system. At the very beginning, we would like to express my deepest gratitude to Almighty Allah for giving us the ability and strength to successfully complete the task within the scheduled time. We are fortunate to have had the kind dealings and supervision of Bulbul Ahamed, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sonargaon University, whose sincere and valuable support acted with utmost care and direction as a necessary recourse to carry out our project. feed .

Dr Md Alamgir Hossain, Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering for his kind concern and valuable suggestions.

Bangladesh's health care system, both public and private, is facing serious "allegations" of medical malpractice due to falsified test reports that have led to deaths. According to a recent study, 15% of diagnostic centers suggest inadequate test reports as a result of which doctors prescribe the wrong drugs to their patients. The DNCRP team fined the Health Checkup Diagnostic Center Tk 50,000 for submitting fake medical reports without proper tests (from “The Business Standard” newspaper, January 12, 2023).

In most cases, patients have trouble locating where the test will be performed and wonder how much it will cost. It will be very useful for patients who want to know information about the test that their doctor requires so that they can do it from home. This system will be beneficial for them to compare the cost and find the nearest diagnostic center without any hassle.

This website will help the user to find different hospital and test details and prices. The main purpose of this website is to help the patient to find the nearest hospital around where they live so that they can go there easily.

XAMPP is a free and open-source set of cross-platform web server solutions developed by Apache Friends, consisting primarily of the Apache HTTP server, the MariaDB database, and script interpreters written in the PHP and Perl programming languages. Since WordPress is not a standalone application, XAMPP provides two essential components for its installation - Apache, which is used to create a local server, and MySQL, which you can use as a database for your website. As defined earlier, XAMPP is used to symbolize the classification of solutions for different technologies.

This collection of software includes a web server called Apache, a database management system called MariaDB, and scripting/programming languages such as PHP and Perl. It is said to be derived from Personal Home Page tools, which explains its simplicity and functionality. OpenSSL: This is the open source implementation of the Secure Socket Layer Protocol and Transport Layer Protocol.

XAMPP Control Panel: This is a panel that helps to operate and regulate other components of the XAMPP. A detailed description of the control panel will be done in the next section of the tutorial. Webalizer: This is a Web Analytics software solution used for user logs and providing usage details.

Filezilla: It is a File Transfer Protocol Server which supports and cases transfer operations performed on files. EXE- It is an extension used to denote executable files that make it available to install because an executable file can run on a computer like any normal program. 7z - 7zip file- This extension is used to denote compressed files that support multiple data compression and encryption algorithms.

It is a platform that provides a suitable environment to test and verify how projects work based on Apache, Perl, MySQL database and PHP through the host system itself. It aims to provide just the tools a developer needs for a fast code-build-debug cycle, leaving more complex workflows to more comprehensive IDEs, such as the Visual Studio IDE. A level 1 DFD is a detailed representation of the single process shown in the context diagram. DFDs use a standardized notation that includes circles (representing data sources or destinations), rectangles (representing processes), and arrows (representing data flows). The notation is used to show how data flows through the system and how it is transformed by the processes it goes through.

It is used in the field of software engineering and database design to represent the structure of a database. The goal of an ERD is to show the relationships between entities, including how data is stored and retrieved, and to provide a visual representation of the data model. The database schema defines how data is stored in the database tables and how the relationships between the tables are related.

Shows the software requirements for the web application that define the prerequisites necessary for the optimal operation of the web application. Any of the following operating systems can handle the application, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Linux, these operating systems were chosen because they are affordable and easily available. MySQL is used in database development and is relatively inexpensive, easy to use, and scalable.

The output of the analysis focuses on implementation results, test results, project achievements, and project limitations. It shows that there will be an online interface where the system user (User / system administrator) can login, where the customer parks a vehicle and park the vehicle will also pay daily, monthly and yearly. Cross-browser testing is done to ensure that the web application looks the same in major browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer.

The web project is consistent (looks exactly the same) in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera, but the appearance is slightly different in Internet Explorer. It gave us the required practical knowledge to supplement the already learned theoretical concepts and thus make us more competent as computer engineers. This project gave me ample opportunity to design, code, test and implement an application.

The project also gave us the opportunity to communicate with our teachers and draw from their best experience. There is a lot to research and include more options to make this site easier to use. Password will be required when a hospital, admin and user try to access a patient's history page.

More research should also be done to expand this project to include online appointment of patient with doctor. I recommend that by making the web application more responsive, the patient will be able to choose his hospital for the test.
