The report was prepared under my direction and is an account of the bona fide wort that has been successfully carried out. The goal of the pmject work is to develop effective solutions for obtaining the shape relationship with the bitdets. A detailed study of the process should be made using various techniques such as interviews, questionnaires etc.

The distinguishing characteristics of a problem situation in which systems analysis is required are the complexity of the problem and uncertainty about the outcome of any action that can reasonably be taken. The methodology is the general research strategy that outlines the way in which research should be conducted. These methods described in the methodology define the means or ways of data collection or sometimes how a specific result is to be calculated.

The agile method is based on prioritizing customer participation from the very beginning of the development cycle. The goal is to keep the customer involved at every step so that they have a product that they are satisfied with at the end. Speeds up time spent on evaluations, since erch evaluation is only on a small part of the entire project.

In the case of software deliveries, especially the large ones, it is difficult to estimate the effort required at the beginning of the software development life cycle.

System Feasibitity Study

  • Technical Feasibility

So that our project system is operationally, rationally feasible. There is nothing complicated in our system and everything is completely user-friendly. A physical system builds working systems by defining design specifications that tell manufacturers exactly what a candidate system must do.

It is necessary to analyze the potential risks in a project If the risks of a software project are not properly analyzed and estimate4 many problems can plague the software project trrt. Identification: Risk identification is the process of detecting potential risks or hazards through data collection. Classification: Risk classification is the process of developing a structured model to categorize risk and fit observable risk activities and events into the model.

The group combines quantitative and qualitative methods to assess* and classify risks for websites, websites and hosting services. Rosenthal describes the characteristics of a general risk assessment standard as "dependent, clear, consistent, complete, comprehensive, unbiased, uniform, balanced, defensible, sustainable, flexible and accompanied by appropriate and sufficient guidance. Analysis: Risk analysis determines the strength of the beneficial effect of patterns or scenarios risks, possible extent of loss and direct and indirect costs of recovery.

This step identifies vulnerabilities, considers the organization's willingness to accept risk, given potential coefficiencies, and develops mitigation responses. The implemented program must balance the value of the assets and the direct and indirect costs of preventing or recovering from damage or loss 1r1. The physical location of the building and its vtrlne, the ability to fire, flood, earthquake, electrical power anomalies, power outages, temperature fluctuations, theft and vandalism.

Project risks identify potential budget, schedule, staffing, resource, customer, and requirements problems and their impact on the software project. Business Risks: These risks threaten the viability of the software to build. The business risks can be market risks, building a system that no one really wants. Strategic risks, building a system that no longer fits the overall business strategy for the company.

Risk Management: Actions should be taken in case mitigation steps have failed and. Consult with the System Analyst during the system analysis, description and testing phase of the software project. Schedule a formal meeting with the System Analyst to resolve each individual's various issues.

Database Table Strueture

Test Type Setup Page: The user will enter some basic tests (such as blood, urine, EKG, X*ay). Tcrt Setup Page: User will enter some basic test information (like u&ole abdm, Lftir . C/S-200, qpioe X-Ray etc.) with test fee according to test type using this interface. Tcct request configuration page: When a patient comes for some tests, the chart user will show all test information and patient details.

Finally, when the user clicks 'Save', all information is saved to the database and a PDF opens containing the unique bit number, invoice date and Batient dsAils. Flyment page: The user of this UI uses the payment option when the patient comes to pay the bill. Then the user takes an amount of $ and clicks on the payment box to update the invoice payment details.

Test Wise Report page: User will select from and to date and click on display button, tesr nente,. Page Wise Report Type Test Type: User will select from and to date and click show button, test name, total number of tests and total will be displayed. If any test type does not have any test requirements for the selected date, these will also be displayed with a test number and the total will be zero.

Te*t Request Report Generation page: If UI user submits test request, the system automatically generates a PDF test request report form.
