01. Accounts clearance should be taken duly for approval of the Chairman of the Department.
2. Students are advised to complete their registration formalities within the period defined on the notice circulated.
3. Late registration will be allowed only within the notified period after expiry of normal registration with a payment of late registration fee of Tk.2,000/-.
4. Students will be allowed to withdraw any of their registered course(s) without fee within seven days of commencement of Trimester/Semester. Students may be allowed to withdraw course(s) for valid reasons up to third week of the Trimester/Semester with withdrawal fee of Tk.1000/- for (3.0 Cr. Hr. course) and Tk.500/- in case of fractional Cr.Hr. courses (Less than 3 Cr.Hrs). After the third week no students will be allowed to withdraw any of the registered course(s).
