A questionnaire is used for a structured approach suitable for data collection and allows the capture of qualitative knowledge (Fletcher, 2019). There is a consistent structure for eliciting different perspectives and open-ended questions allow for the collection of a wealth of qualitative data. It is imperative that the research participants are mainly employees of private banks in Bangladesh.
To this end, participants will be selected using a purposive sampling strategy to provide a diverse representation of the roles and experiences in the banking sector, in line with the research objectives. As a result, research into the impact of HR regulations on the private banking sector can be focused and limited. Generating information queries about organizational performance, employee motivations, and HR policies are all part of this research (Guest, Namey, and Chen, 2020).
The participant is invited to share his thoughts freely, and each question is described in detail. In order to pursue the objectives of the research, the questionnaire attempts to examine many aspects of HR and organizational performance policies and employee impact (Detterman, 2019). The rights and safety of research participants must be protected by ethical standards that are recognized.
