Subject: Submission of internship report on "Effects of organizational culture on work performance and job satisfaction of employees". It is a great honor for me to present my internship report on the topic "Effects of organizational culture on work performance and employee satisfaction". I tried very hard to complete the internship report based on the information I received while working at Al-Mostofa Group.
This is an internship report on "The Effects of Organizational Culture on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction of Employees" at Al-Mostofa Group. If the culture in the office is positive and pleasant, work performance improves and employees feel motivated and become productive, and vice versa if the work culture is unfriendly. My study proves this theory through my internship report on Al-Mostofa Group head office culture and environment.
In my report, I have shown that culture affects job satisfaction, which then affects work effort. Thus, they will be able to create a pleasant and friendly working environment and culture, and their employees will be satisfied, and work performance will improve.

10 1.3.3 Difficulties encountered during the internship period: In addition to the benefits, I also had to face some difficulties. My office changed location after a month of my internship, so I had to face the problems of changing office and adjusting back to a new area. My supervisor was away for a few days for his wedding program and this was the most difficult time for me and I had to manage the HR and admin department manually.
As mentioned earlier, I am the first intern of this organization, I wish they would be more helpful to future interns. They should provide the interns with identity cards so that the interns do not face the security check every day and think of themselves as part of the organization and not as outsiders. They should use the interns properly and neither burden them with tasks nor keep them idle in the office.
Moreover, working six days a week is very difficult for interns, because they also have to write a report. So they should give the interns some time and space to write the report.

Based on the data of the last three years, some ratios have been calculated to evaluate the performance of the company. One positive view of this is that the company's current liabilities are sufficiently repaid by current assets. So we can see that the company has significant current assets in the form of low liquid items.
Such large inventories may expose the company to the risk of loss or the inability to meet obligations when they fall due. The asset turnover ratio shows a company's ability to use its assets to generate revenue. This indicates that the company's efficiency in terms of using assets to generate revenue has decreased over the past three years.
However, this was not due to the company's incompetence, but rather due to the global pandemic of Covid-19. And the company must ensure that they earn enough to repay their interest payment. Despite a decrease in the ratio, the company earned net profit which was a significant number of times compared to their interest payment.
We can make an observation that the company is performing well to support their long term financial obligation. The debt-to-equity ratio shows the ratio between the company's total debt and its total equity. A decrease in the ratio means that the company becomes more dependent on their equity and the dependence on debt decreases.
I believe this is one of their fundamental weaknesses, because if a company is not aware of its earnings, it will not be motivated to improve its performance. This will affect their long-term success as the company may not be able to find talented people to work for them. However, this may not hold in the long term as the market matures and becomes more competitive.
The company doesn't have any right person who can help them grow, or help them make the optimal decision when the market matures. They are able to stay in the market because of their large size and a good customer base they have built up.

So it is very important to have a pleasant, healthy and positive working environment for good employee productivity. After conducting the research, I found a number of things within the organization that employees would like to change. Moreover, this organization has 6 working days and 9 working hours per day, which most employees find very tiring and stressful.
When asked about the ideal working hours, most of the employees suggested that 8 hours of work per day for 5 days per week would be better for them. When asked about a desire to change this organization, 98% of employees suggested that shorter working days and adequate 2 days off would be beneficial to them, as the one-day weekend passes quickly and they do not get a chance to re-energize. himself after a long and hectic week. They are stressed and overburdened, and most of the employees are not satisfied with the job.
As a result, all employees are constantly overworked and their productivity drops sharply. All employees agreed that it is a very low salary, although due to covid-19, most of the employees are obliged to do this work at this salary. When asked if they would be willing to do an overloaded job if they were paid a little better, most employees agreed that at least that would ease the pain, and they would definitely look for another balanced and well-paid job.
There is also job pressure, but there are other ways for employees to deal with the pressure. In fact, in that office there are ways to handle the pressure and the organization tries hard to keep the employees happy and mentally stable. Next, they should change the office seating structure as the employees are still not properly adjusted with the new office.
Employees need a place to work, which the company was unable to do with the change of headquarters. So a better office layout and proper structure can change this mindset of employees. In addition, the organization must stop putting so much pressure on employees and make five working days instead of six.
Then employees have a good balance between work and private life and they enjoy their work more. These factors motivate employees to work better and when an employee is rewarded for his good work, the employees feel motivated to work harder willingly.
