We are just writing to let you know that this project report titled “Role of a Marketer in Knitwear” prepared by students Sohel Rana ID and Faisal Sarker ID has been completed for final evaluation. Therefore, it will be highly appreciated if you accept this project report and consider it for final evaluation. At the outset we would like to express our deep gratitude to Allah for giving us the opportunity to complete our Thesis on Garment Trading.
First, our special thanks go to Professor Mohammad Hosain Reza, Head, Department of Textile Engineering, Intentional Daffodil University for his encouragement and valuable suggestions. We would like to thank Interstoff Aparel & DIRD Ltd composite textile management. We declare that this project was made by us under the supervision of Mst.
We also declare that neither this project nor any part of this project has been submitted elsewhere for the award of any degree or diploma. The knitwear merchandising research project is based on the most important section of the knitwear industry.

Discuss with Prodec Dir/GM about the ability to manage this national chain and the potential productivity per hour. Analyze hourly productivity with machine and manpower requirements (may take help from production people). Prepare Gantt chart (to support T&A and incorporate all important issues and events with completion date).
Receive artwork and sample for printing, embroidery, value addition work, washing and get approval for the same. Obtain and ensure all approval as per T&A and Gantt chart for production of facilities as per plan. Arrange all fabrics and accessories and ensure the same at home as per T&A.
Source for printing, embroidery, value added work, washing and complete deal with them. Ensure inventory of all items upon arrival at store to confirm quantity, color, sizes and quality as per requirements. Ensure shipment and approval of all samples that may affect final inspection and shipment.

- Shipment Sample
Different buyers have different types of security seals that they put on clothing after inspection. These stamps are given as an approval of styling, measurement, printing and embroidery and confirmation of all sewing details. When the purchased clothing QC comes to inspect, they will ask for sealed samples and at that time if they see the seal being damaged or broken, they can refuse to monitor it as it must be carefully stored and whoever conducts this sample must understand the significance of these samples.
However, the garment will be assessed for all sizes once details of all measurements and fits have been confirmed. A lower rating is done for similar shapes and a higher rating for higher shapes. This quality measurement involves making garments in all sizes and assessing the accuracy of their suitability.
Without a full size batch, bulk production cannot proceed because it is also very important and will be prepared and delivered in time to start bulk production by the due date. They are very important as such production cannot be started without sample approval. There is nothing to be confused with the set size sample as the set size sample only covers the size where as the pre-production sample can have all the colors of the fabric as different colors can have different types of compression and the character of the intersection which can be treated with special care.
Such samples are taken from the production floor to determine the overall quality of the garments being produced. Sometimes, clothing buyers want to advertise well before it is in the store/market, and then they ask for well-tailored clothes. A garment photograph places several models in the same image and is displayed in retail stores or advertised to attract customers, and in newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.
These samples are intended to be provided to the buyer to help promote item marketing promotions. It is displayed in chain stores / retail stores before the bulk amount received by the store. There can be three cases for the shipping sample with different requirements of the buyer (after inspection before buyer's approval for final inspection, but keep the invoice and wait for buyer's comments, after the inspector inspects the buyer and sends to ship for presentation of the shipment ).

Air Freight
Therefore, if you have low-density products for air shipping, you should try to make your boxes as small as possible to save freight. First, contact a local air freight forwarder by asking him/her in the country you are in how many cubic centimeters are considered 1 kg. Then, physically check the weight and dimensions of the wells you are packing for air shipment.
Let's say we can cut 2 inches high and see how much money we can save.

- Conclusion
We completed this inspection report by following several steps and they are in line inspection, end line inspection, finishing and sample development for shipment. If the garment is high-necked and the zipper goes up to the high neckline from the bottom, then the rules will be as below. Furthermore, the rules are not always fixed, it can vary depending on practical situations.
However, I always recommend that you confirm the zipper size with your cutting master &. Here, the total cost includes both the fixed and variable costs of your garment factory for one month. This project not only helps us to know more about the inspection procedure but also about merchandising and merchandiser.
We can also know how the working procedure of this section and the inspection procedure of this section are carried out. Finally we can say that because of the knowledge from this project, which will help us in our professional life to meet the challenge of hard work as a textile engineer.
