Global COVID-2019 Pandemic

Situation Report for Bangladesh as of April 16, 2020

WHO has declared the recent COVID-2019 outbreak as “Pandemic” as of 11/03/2020. The countries are asked the countries to fight back coronavirus following the guidelines provided by WHO and the government of the countries. However, this can be the first pandemic in the history of humanity that can be controlled, according to “Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus”, the WHO Director-General.

COVID-19 Preventive Measure

Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 sec

Cover your mouth and nose with tissue/handkerchief or with bent when you cough or sneeze

Maintain physical distancing at least one metre (three feet) from a person with cough

Avoid touching face (mouth, nose and eyes)

Avoid spitting

Wear mask in any public place and in an office room

Avoid mass gatherings
