I have done my internship at industry level and it helps me to get internship successfully. In the sixth chapter, I discussed my learning process that I have learned during my internship.

Most of the data is not updated, for example their website and annual report are not updated. It is very difficult to work in a banking environment as most of the employees are busy with their work.

If they are actually satisfied with the customer's needs and wants, if not, then they search and then add that they are fulfilled by insurance customers' needs and wants. Because they (RBL) believe that every customer is their asset, therefore they (employees of the bank) always try to satisfy their valuable customers. If they do this, the customers become comfortable and come to them according to their demand and desire, for that reason the bank is benefited in the long run.

In our country, the banks collect maximum money from people and then lend it to the market.

If the bank's strategies are not properly mapped out, it is too risky for the clients and also for the economy. Because maintaining the strategic level well is so much risky and so much brainstorming too.

Here in the banking arena, RBL is so well known with its reputation as a government commercial bank.

A credit facility is a company or an organization that finances that aspect as a line of credit or loan term. Here Rupali Bank Limited expands its loan or credit sections for almost every area of ​​economic sectors of our country. RBL targets the business & commerce industry for booming manufacturing or productive sectors.

RBL credit facilities are also aimed at international trade and commerce, for example for export and import. Here, the loan or credit facilities also cover some help that helps to build the rural economy of our country, for example, by contributing to rural development, developing the agricultural sector and providing loans to develop their economic position. RBL welcomes their foreign investors to invest in our country as Bangladesh has great opportunities and advantages in trade and business.

After this, HRC holds a training session where they show their selected employee about organizational goals and objectives so that the organization can achieve its goals and objectives from their employee (training & development). Rewarding is a process while organization and HRM focus on planning and organizing regarding the process of rewarding or compensating based on their contribution and effort.

In this sector, the organization provides various types of benefits to its valuable bank customers. For financial safety and security, Rupali Bank Limited has provided police assistance or security to its valuable organization customers.

Rupali Bank Limited provides gratuity to their employees who have served more than five years or more than the pension benefit they get. When an employee of Rupali Bank Limited is terminated or dismissed for any reason, then he/she gets the relief, due to the events giving rise to the termination, if the fault is true then the employee gets the termination or dismissal letter. So finally, the employee receives the official termination letter and then the letter is transferred to the employee's branch.

They also offer various types of schemes to their customers and their employees to invest in the scheme. They also provide ATM cards or benefits to their valuable customers and their employees.

Top management has worked hard to uphold the bank's reputation. The working atmosphere at RBL is good and the bank employee can work here very friendly. Here there is no barrier to communicate and interact with each other in the bank.

RBL gives first priority to their customers and provides services to their valuable customers as they (customer) expect from the bank. From there, they solve internal problems and are also very helpful to the employee of the bank, who works for example as a cooperative company. It is relatively bad if RBL's service compares to the bank like Dutch-Bangla-Bank ltd, South-East bank etc.

Expanding new areas of investment, therefore the bank can be useful for business growth in the economic sector. It is different from vulnerability, but the threats are external and it is outside the control of the business. Because of the government institutions, so most of the decision is taken by the political government in office.

HRM in banking sectors

I prepared my internship report based on my practical findings that I saw at the central bus stand branch. I have attached the information, if it pertains to Central Bus Terminal Branch in Barisal. The report is prepared regarding practices of HR policies at the branch level.

Due to external recruitment it is not possible to collect information individually, therefore external recruitment increases the improbability of an employee. RBL's recruiting and selection process helps them gather different types of employees, for that reason, RBL experiences different types of skills and talents from their different types of employees.

Most of the banks in our country are not following the process of HRM properly in their organization. If RBL recruits employees' daily payment to employees for internal recruitment, it can lower the cost of the bank and give chance to do better in cost cutting. If any country's banking sectors act as an important part of the economy, it must be very good in their economy.

The financial and economic development of any country largely depends on the banking sector of the country. If any organization has a separate HR department, it can improve the productivity or efficiency of the organization as the HR department can specifically search for an employee. So, according to me, if any organization does not have a human resource department, then it is falling short of its desired goal and the goal of the organization.

I learned how to open a bank account and also help the customers of the bank suggest them which account is profitable according to his/her preference. Also, from the lack of ads, people don't know which is more profitable or not. For that reason, most of the customers come to pay certificate rectification and new passport fee, passport renewal fee.
