Once the final candidates are selected, I enter the candidates' names, phone numbers, degrees and other information into the program. After the part I mentioned above, I call the candidates for an interview and then tell them the location of the company where the interview will take place. For the interview section, I created an excel page with the names, mobile numbers and signature boxes of the candidates.
After the process was completed, I saved the updates for all the candidates, both those who were selected and those who were rejected with the relevant notes.
