Eligibility of Tenderer:
1. The tenderer must have updated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, 13 Digit BIN Certificate, Incorporation Certificate,Up to date Audit Report
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supply and Installation of Information Technology related Goods and Services.
3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 2 numbers of supply record of similar solutions and Goods where minimum 01 (one) should be university experience within last 03 (Three) years.
4. Bidder should have minimum 2 supply record where value should be minimum 2.5 crore each in last 3 years.
5. Bidder should provide Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned items.
6. Bidder must have valid ISO 9001-2015 and BCS/BASIS Membership Certified. Evidence should to be submit along with proposal.
7. Bidder should have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 02 (Two) Crore for lot-1 and 50 (Fifty) Lac for lot-2.
8. Bidder should have certified professional on infrastructure Design & Engineering and Certified Consultant on Datacenter Standard to ensure industry standard implementation process. Should submit relevant evidence.
9. Bidder Should have ABC license holder to supervise proper electrical work for datacenter during implementation.
10. Bidder should have certified professional on VMware, Security and Network Technology. Should submit relevant evidence.
