Subject: Invitation to register for Training session on “Comprehending the Data-Driven Digital

Marketing World for Accountants”.

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to announce that the Institute's Training Department is organizing a training session titled

"Comprehending Data-Driven Digital Marketing for Accountants" for esteemed members of the Institute. Total of three (03) sessions of the training will be held on 15 October 2023 from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, 22 October 2023 from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM & 27 October 2023 from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the ICT Lab of ICMAB, Nilkhet, Dhaka.

Objective: This course is designed to enhance the professional Accountants in Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing and Social Media have transformed marketing and business practices across the globe. This course will provide an understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape, examine the strategic role of digital marketing processes, tools in designing the overall Marketing strategy and the Digital Marketing Plan. It will explore the challenges of Interactive media, the online marketplace, the creative challenges of communicating and retention strategies of customers through these media, the main search engines and the future trends in digital marketing.

Fee: Tk. 3,000/- payable in favour of ICMA Bangladesh through the ERP System using the following method:

Step-01: Log in to your member profile using https://erp.icmab.org.bd/erp_icmab/users/login.aspx

Step-02: Click on “Comprehending the Data-Driven Digital Marketing World for Accountants” under the Upcoming Programs menu.

Step-03: (i) Click on Register & Pay Online for transferring the training fees online from your Bank Asia account only; or,

(ii) Click on Register & Pay Online Using Card for payment through VISA or Mastercard; or, (iii) Click on Register & Pay Offline; then print the Deposit Slip and pay the fees at any branch of Bank

Asia Ltd. using that printed Deposit Slip; or,

(iv) Click on Register & Pay Offline and collect the Payment Ref. No. (i.e. RV-xxxxxx) from the Deposit Slip; then pay the fees through bKash merchant number 01847360633 (Payment) with bKash charge.

➢ Introduction of how digital works: the different ways in which individuals, businesses & brands interact, advertise and connect.

➢ Significance of core digital media pillars: Social Media, Search Media, Video Media and Website/App

platforms.

➢ Brief look into the different channels of digital marketing, such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.

➢ Grasping an understanding of mobile marketing and popular platforms in Bangladesh.

➢ Advertising spaces in the local context: Facebook ads, Google ads, global ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs and local ads.

➢ How to methodically progress in the digital space:

content creation and popular tools.

➢ Delving deep into your own platform profiles: Facebook pages/groups, YouTube channels, websites, blogs and more.
