Management. Dr. Khan is a Lead Author of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and a Lead Negotiator of Climate Finance with the Govt. of
Bangladesh. Prof. Khan wrote this Book published by the prestigious US Publisher Routledge, while spending a year as a Visiting Scholar at Brown University, which is an Ivy League School in the US.
