NOTICE- CLEARANCE OF SUMMER SEMESTER FEES 2023
1. As per policy, students are supposed to pay their semester fees prior to beginning of each semester. But it has been observed with serious concern that recently, a majority of students are found quite reluctant in paying their fees even when their semester final examination of Summer Semester 2023 is nearer. This attitude of students is not acceptable.
2. In view of above, all Department Heads are kindly requested to ensure that all students those who have not cleared their Semester Fees, must clear all their dues of Summer Semester 2023 including all outstanding bills between 19 May to 25 May 2023 positively. Before issuing the Admit Cards, Department Heads must obtain clearance from Treasure’s Office regarding students’ payment. Kindly note that if any student fails to clear his/her Semester Fees within the aforesaid date, he/she will not be allowed to sit for the Semester Final Examination of summer 2023.
3 Henceforth, all students must clear their semester fees within First Week of each Semester positively. Defaulters in this regard will not be allowed to attend the classes subsequently.
