Bangladesh National Parliament Dhaka, 4th Shraban, 1410/19th July, 2003
The following ordinance passed in the parliament of Bangladesh was signed by the president on 4th Shraban 1410 accordingly 19th July 2003 and by this the act is published to inform the people:-
Ordinance No. 32 of 2003
This act is made to establish a university named as Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology by upgrading and converting Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Rajshahi to maintain synchronization and equality gain and to create and expand the scope of higher study and research in national level, modern academic environment and teaching-learning to raise up with global advancement at various sectors of Engineering and Technology.
