US-Bangla Airline is gradually losing its revenue generating power and profit is falling day by day. For US-Bangla Airline, there is a need to focus on fulfilling customer needs in the name of focusing on the service process. US-Bangla Airline also offers international (like Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Oman, China, Singapore, India etc) and domestic (Cox's Bazar, Chittagonj, sylhet, Barisal, Saidpur, Jessore, Rajshahietc etc) flights.

US-Bangla Airline has signed $8 million worth of contracts and also has large backlogs with tight deadlines. So companies like US-Bangla Airline may face technological challenges and also some other problems like delays, setbacks etc. US-Bangla Airline has some technologies to continue their business processes which are outdated.

US-Bangla Airline should have the capacity of product or service innovations, process innovations, marketing innovations, organizational innovations etc. So for this like other airlines US-Bangla Airline must have the capacity to innovate by adopting new and digital technologies (such as industrial internet, 3D printing) and new work process through R&D (research and development). In US-Bangla Airline commercial department plays a vital role in case of import of new aircraft, spare parts and aircraft components. This US Bangla engineering section is responsible for detecting cracks and failures in the aircraft's load-bearing structures.

This is an inventory process of US-Bangla Airline where aircraft spare parts are systematically stored. Sheet metal shop in US-Bangla Airline handles the forming and fitting of metal pieces flawlessly together. Aeronautical engineering department deals with the research and development, testing or maintenance of the aircraft/aircraft of US-Bangla Airline.

This department always remains alert to calculate VAT and tax on every invoice and transaction of US-Bangla Airline. So as a part of my internship report I have done a SWOT analysis of US-Bangla Airlines as follows-. Professional and professional workers are clearly the strength of US-Bangla Airline to run the operational activities of the airline. Proper utilization of manpower helps US-Bangla Airlines to run its business without any hindrance.

The glass cockpit panel and automatic pilot alert system and GPWS features make the US-Bangla Airline aircraft sophisticated. The main weakness of this company that is found is the insufficient operation of flights on all flight lines. US-Bangla Airline is able to cover about 50% of the domestic flight market share by providing every domestic flight across the country.

There is a great chance for US-Bangla Airline to create a huge market for cargo business apart from passenger traffic by carrying RMG products and any perishable products. Many private organizations are entering this business sector which may reduce the profits and passengers of US- Bangla Airline. The high price for their service may reduce demand on US-Bangla Airline flights.

It can be seen from the interview that US-Bangla Airline follows an efficient supply chain. From the interview, it can be found that US-Bangla Airlines is able to comply with the intellectual property rules of Bangladesh. It can be understood from the interview that the US-Bangla airline is facing problems due to environmental changes.

From the interview it can be known that US-Bangla Airline is able to generate enough jobs and wealth. From the interview it can be known that US-Bangla Airline is able to generate catalytic benefits. From the interview it can be known that US-Bangla Airline can reduce the barrier of international trade.

From the interview it can be known that US-Bangla Airline is able to increase specialization. From the interview it can be known that US-Bangla Airline is able to follow globalization. From the interview I can know that US-Bangla Airline acts as an important tax payer.

From the interview I can understand that US-Bangla Airline can provide humanitarian aid.

RECOMMENDATIONS

US-Bangla Airline must have capacity for product or service innovations, process innovations, marketing innovations, organizational innovations by adopting new technologies and maintaining regularity in R&D. In order to create a strong platform and larger operational base in the future, US-Bangla Airline should pay attention to the merger and acquisition. As cyber attacks are capable of attacking anytime, US-Bangla Airline should focus on designing improved cloud computing solutions, operating systems, virtual machine technologies to protect cyberspace from cyber attacks.

US-BanglaAirline must be very careful about the fluctuations of foreign currency and the price of raw materials by taking some careful steps such as financial hedges, operational hedges to manage the currency risk.
