Internship at Canary Park Hotel and Resort was productive and helped gain a professional edge. This report contains the company profile, the functions of three different departments of the hotel, the evaluation of the performance, the difference between the performance of pre- and post-political instability period, and the analysis of guest satisfaction survey. Canary Park Hotel is one of the most exquisite, exclusive and magnificent four-star business hotels in Bangladesh.
Canary Park has consistently tried to bring together the best of art and architecture, comfort and gastronomy, leisure and fun to create every moment for guests to enjoy. For its guests, it has arranged state-of-the-art conference and exhibition halls with breathable vibrancy, warm light, synergistic swimming pool, lobby space, new revolving restaurants and a rooftop health center with unparalleled panoramic views of Dhaka city. The Canary Park Hotel & Resort wants to become a high-quality global player in the hospitality industry.
The main objective of this report is to record the adopted functions of three different departments of Canary park Hotel and Resort based on their expansion of operation and to evaluate the practice against the ideal. The primary data is collected through the internal report and data of Canary Park and Resort Hotel. Thus, the report titled "Promotional Activities of Canary Park Limited" was carried out in fulfillment of BBA program recognized by Sonargaon University.

In this recommendation part, I will try to show my suggestions to overcome the weaknesses, observe and to strengthen the strength with eternal power. In the future they have to change to compete with the world standard as they will face extreme competition in the near future with the introduction of half a dozen international brands.
I was excited and a little apprehensive before starting the internship program at Bengal Canary Park Hotel. I was excited to await my introduction to a true hotel experience in an organization led by Reaz Ahmed. But I am a little worried whether we can prove ourselves worthy of the honor that has been bestowed upon us.
