Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), one of the leading private universities in the country, invites applications for the following positions in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering under the School of Engineering, Technology and Sciences.

Professor

The ideal candidate must have:

i. Ph.D. in the field from a reputed/recognized University;

ii. A minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 at the Master’s degree level;

iii. No third class at the Bachelor’s degree level;

iv. At least six years teaching experience as an Associate Professor;

v. At least four publications in the field of specialization in reputed journals/venues as an Associate Professor of which two are in journals of international standard;

vi. Proficiency in English and Bangla.

OR

i. At least five years teaching experience as an Associate Professor;

ii. At least six publications in the field of specialization in reputed journals/venues as an Associate Professor of which two are in journals /venues of international standard.

OR

Candidates having an experience of five years as Professor in other universities and having a Ph.D.

and 7 (seven) publications and out of those two are in journals/venues of International standard may apply for the position of Professor.
