But sometime later, while I was discussing the project plan with my supervisor, he asked me what if some user doesn't have virtual reality equipment and what if the user lost the tracking image or the wrong tracking image, even worse, he no tracking image. If any user does not have image tracking device and virtual reality then he/she can switch to normal view mode of unity to view models.

When the user will place the camera on the tracker image, the exterior of the selected building will be shown on the screen. User can rotate the exterior of the building to have a 360-degree view of the complete building. At the top of the screen there is a menu bar to navigate the users. On the top right there is a button called floor view.
If you click it, the outer model will change and the inner model will be displayed on the screen. In addition to the floor view, there is another button that takes users to the normal single view mode. Clicking the normal unified view button launches the normal unified view and users can see the models without the AR view.
The exterior view is displayed first, then the interior view is displayed after clicking the floor view button. Like if any user wants to see the kitchen specifically when he/she clicks on the kitchen view button the camera will show the kitchen specifically. Clicking on it will take the user to the program's virtual reality mode in interior models.

In unity when you enable VR SDK it will turn the whole app into VR project and this was another biggest problem for me while developing this project. I found out that the app I built for testing purposes has turned into a virtual reality app.

I took a short course on “Augmented Reality (AR)” and “Virtual Reality (VR)” and its requirements are extensible enough that I could challenge myself and produce a very nice looking mobile application with the combination of Augmented and virtual reality along with first person and normal 3D model display mode.
