The report outlines the HR department's rules, strategies and processes for recruitment as well as other departments' participation in the process. Based on my observations and my personal experience during the internship, this report provides an overview of the issues and activities of the recruitment process of the HR department of Green Delta Securities Limited. As an intern I performed tasks that would normally be performed by other employees of the company. The HR department team at GDSL recruits potential candidates by following several processes.

Before the new employee signs the organization's agreement document, I made sure he understands all the terms and conditions. I was tasked with providing new employees with a clear view of the paperwork and papers (photocopies of all academic certificates, mark sheets, voter ID cards and passports) that they were required to submit on their first day of work. The main limitation of the study was a lack of access to information, which greatly hindered the scope of analysis required for the study.

Recruitment process of Green Delta Securities Limited

The recruiter provides all information from the job listing that matches the job requirements in the job description. Internal: After sharing the strategy, the HR team publishes the vacancies on various portals according to the choice of the concerned department for internal or external recruitment. As part of the selection process, candidates are asked to take the exam by phone call or SMS.

The first interview will be attended by an interviewer from HR and the department that will need the candidate. Approval for Employment: The new employee's designation, probationary period, start date, transferability, compensation, confidentiality and copyright terms will all be detailed in the approval of employment document.

Nomination Letter: Shortlisted candidates will receive an "Offer Letter". A detailed explanation of the offer will be provided to the candidate. The candidate must then confirm acceptance of the offer by signing a duplicate copy of the offer letter. Additionally, if a Contractual Agreement situation exists, a contract will be executed between GDSL and the candidate.

Challenges and achievements of recruitment process during Covid 19

The company spends a lot of time and effort on the recruitment and selection process, and it takes a long time for the selected individual to join. In addition, candidates have high expectations - Candidates are disappointed when they receive the offer letter and see the salary. Furthermore, verify facts about the candidates: Candidates are sometimes unable to present the appropriate academic credentials, leading to their later release.

Without an academic degree and a release, the recruiter will not be able to complete his application. Finally, balancing time and quality are difficult - It is extremely difficult for a recruiter to find the right applicant as quickly as possible. Taking a long time to hire a candidate is extremely expensive, and also reduces work efficiency.

Online job interviews save both the company and the candidate time and money, which allows for a more efficient recruitment process. Their greatest success is keeping the cost of the recruitment process down while also controlling the quality of talent. They will find the appropriate applicant based on the individual's achievements, educational credentials, experience and other assessments that will help preserve diversity.

On the other hand, new hires can be effectively onboarded through a combination of technology and multiple HR programs and benefits. Not only from Dhaka but also from the other districts they are looking for the potential candidates for their company to get quality performance from them.

Furthermore, this study gave me a complete idea of ​​how to progress in my future enterprise, in addition to knowing the business culture. My internship at Green Delta Securities Limited's HR department was a fantastic experience for me.
