The reason behind this problem is that BRAC has been an important customer of BRAC IT for a long time and now that it wants to increase its customer base, it has to adapt or change its merchandise to meet the market's expectations. He is not widely recognized in the general population, neither locally nor globally, because he first worked mainly with BRAC.

Apart from the aforementioned services, BRAC IT also offered products that could be tailored to meet the customer's requirements. The few philanthropic activities that BRAC IT is involved in revolve around the people around them. Her business has since grown and she now caters to the lunch needs of the BRAC IT staff.
Humanitarian Assistance Fund: This is a fund created through the monthly contributions of all regular BRAC IT workers. One of BRAC IT's main marketing methods is attracting the attention of existing customers. The entire operational process of BRAC IT as a whole is huge, as it consists of many separate teams, each of which is responsible for a particular procedure.
Since BRAC IT started using human-centered design, there has been a common core operating process. In order to maintain its competitive advantage, BRAC IT has to face all these problems and prepare effective barriers. New products not only attract new customers, but will provide existing customers with a reason to continue purchasing BRAC IT products.
These dominant institutions can reduce BRAC IT's margins while earning a market profit. Customers often look for discounts and special offers on well-known products; if BRAC IT continues to produce new software, the bargaining power of the parties may be weakened. New products make BRAC IT's existing customers less likely to defect to competitors.

Fintech monitoring Application facilitates stakeholders with various capabilities to monitor, track, analyze and share microfinance reports by extracting data from the ERP system. The main objective is to propose a monitoring solution to the branch manager based on the business criteria of the microfinance program, which includes Program Officer (PO) data, member information, loans and savings, to monitor the activities properly and effortlessly. To identify and explain the need for organizational change, as well as to help with the implementation of such change, business analysis is used.
The Fintech-Monitoring app provides stakeholders with various options to monitor, track, review and share microfinance reports by extracting data from the ERP system. The Pashboi will be used in the future to monitor his/her borrowing/saving behavior. After joining, applicants must apply for loans/special savings, which requires BRAC to re-validate the member from scratch.
If a group-oriented member expresses interest, who he or she contacts (department, PO, other members), he or she will be referred to the secretary of the village organization and will be assigned a PO. After the first judgment, the PO requests that the applicant provide the relevant papers (member's photo, member's NID, nominee's photo and nominee's NID) and sign the application form. The PO then fills the form with the information collected and sends it to the branch manager for approval.
PO receives the money and sends it to the account manager, who opens a compulsory savings account and releases Pashboi. An interested Member-oriented Applicant will be instructed to contact the Branch Manager of a certain Branch through whom he/she contacts (PO, VO Secretary, other members). Designers use wireframing to create high-level overviews of interactive products to define the structure and flow of potential design concepts.
High quality wireframes, with the growth of smart technology in the digital domain, offer designers significant visual and interactive possibilities to bring their concepts to life. Business analytics is often used to identify and communicate the need for change in how businesses operate, as well as to assist such change. A process design is used when there is a requirement to investigate or characterize the work flow in order to increase production, efficiency, effectiveness, economy or profitability.
More and more software companies understand the value of business analytics in ensuring the utmost quality of goods, services and customer interactions. When it comes to adopting new technology and process digitalization during the digital transformation, business analytics offers all the benefits, tools and methodologies to help any organization develop.
