My internship supervisor who offered me to intern in the number one industry in Bangladesh called GAB. Practical knowledge does not make it possible to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. Over the past decade, Gildan's vertically integrated factory in Dhaka, Bangladesh has set the bar high for the region's apparel manufacturing industry.
I joined Gildan 17 years ago as Quality Assurance Manager for our sewing operations in the Dominican Republic. After spending four years in this position, I became Director of Engineering and Maintenance in the Dominican Republic. Gildan is seen as an employer of choice in the region because we are one of the few multinationals operating an armaments facility in Bangladesh.

BATCH
SECTION
Batching means separation of fabric according to specification, dyeing machine capacity & availability, urgency of the order. KNIT DYEING LABORATORY
GAB Knit has a "Central Laboratory" comprising three main sections - Knit-Dyeing Laboratory and Physical Laboratory. Lab Dyeing Machine

OPERATIONS
Softener is used to soften the fabric and it improves the hand feel. The quality assurance department is tasked with consistently maintaining uniform quality of the material in process and various stages of manufacturing. Run marks are often related to the fabric construction and are caused by poor opening of the fabric rope.

UTILITY SECTION
The main concern for any wet process industry is “water” as it is the quality of the water that determines the quality of the dyeing. Water quality generally varies, and it also depends on the level or height of the water table below the ground. With the booster pump, the purified water is supplied to the m/c pipeline for painting, where the pressure of 4 kg is always kept constant by the automatic control of the booster pumps.
Steam produced by the boiler The water is simply treated in the boiler section by the two softening tanks. Water is then stored in the feed water tank and this feed water tank heats the water. The water then goes to the boiler that produces steam and supplies steam to the factory. Natural gas is sucked through a pipe through the filter above the compressor and the air is compressed. So the cold water becomes slightly hot and goes through the exhaust pipe to the reservoir of the academic supervisor and teacher.
The water then falls slowly through a compressed air along with some vapor is transferred to the tank where the vapor condenses and comes out drop by drop. Senior marketing officers, merchandisers and higher-ups are especially concerned with the buyer. There are some regular buyers in the industry.
The marketing officers and on both sides who understand the rate and order quantity are fixed. Dealing with the buyer and convincing the buyer is the most important task of the marketing officer. Actually, the responsibilities and duties of the marketing officer start upon obtaining the order from the buyer and end upon receipt of goods by the buyer. So he should always be smart, energetic and sincere.

CONCLUSION
Industrial attachment will give us our expected destiny of practical life. The completion of two months of industrial attachment at Gildan Active ware Bangladesh Limited has given us an impression that the factory is one of the most modern export-oriented knitted composites in Bangladesh. Mill has entered into an agreement with the utility to provide all possible support to GAB Limited's productions for twenty-four hours. 26,300 cubic feet of water reservoirs in the Savar PDP. During the transport of the fabric on the dyeing floor and also during filling of the machine, fabrics become dirty by contact with the floor. Many times the dosing pipelines are clogged due to the careful underdosing of the chemicals. Maintenance should be carried out when the machine is out of service (where possible).
