It is a great pleasure for me that I have completed my internship report on "To prepare an initial framework of Employee Recognition Program for Siam City Cement (Bangladesh) limited." I have reflected all the knowledge and learning that I gathered while interning at Siam City Cement (Bangladesh) Limited.

This involvement is made and conducted through and between Siam City Cement Bangladesh Limited and Maria Adneen, the authorized BRAC University student. Sometimes gathering information from other companies was difficult and they didn't want to give me some information, so in that case I had to find other employees or options. Siam City Cement (Bangladesh) Limited is a great place to learn and gain experience in the food delivery sector. Furthermore, since workers must maintain communication, future interns will be able to improve their communication skills.

Future interns will understand how and where to achieve the goal by working and collaborating as part of a team. They will also have the opportunity to learn about other departmental responsibilities and the company's structure. Finally, I would advise prospective interns to join Siam City Cement (Bangladesh) Limited to learn and improve their capabilities in a variety of areas.
