This is to confirm that the project “Retrofitting of backup air conditioning system in Air-conditioning vehicle” by (Md. This thesis has been carried out for the design of a backup air conditioning system in the interior of the car. The aim of this thesis is to create of effective air conditioning by using battery energy as a backup air conditioning system in air-conditioned vehicles.

That is, there is no need to start an engine if you want to use a backup air conditioning system. Stop-Start Backup Air conditioning system technology is one of the fuel-saving automotive technologies that helps reduce 𝐶𝑂 emissions. The last part of this thesis will be the most important part of the backup air conditioning system in an air-conditioned vehicle.

CHAPTER – 5.0: BACKUP AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN AIR CONDITIONED VEHICLE Retrofitting of backup air conditioning system in air conditioned vehicle. When you use a backup air conditioning system on the car, the fuel consumption of the engine is zero with no emissions, because the engine starting is disabled.

Aim of the Project

By retrofitting a backup air conditioning system to automotive air-conditioned vehicles, a stop-start backup air conditioning system manually shuts down the internal combustion engine to reduce the engine idling time, reducing fuel consumption and emissions be reduced. During this period, all passengers feel a comfortable temperature in the interior of the car.

Objectives

This material is called a refrigerant, and is contained in tubes that run through the air conditioning system. This is normally accomplished using a centrifugal system, where a series of rotating blades rapidly forces the vapor to the outside of the compressor chamber, at which point it exits. This hot high-pressure vapor then travels to the air conditioner's condenser where it passes through a series of coils with thin metal fins attached.

A fan blows air over the fins and the heat moves from the coolant to the fins and into the airflow, similar to the method a radiator uses to remove heat from the coolant circulating in a car engine. The air flowing over the condenser coils is exhausted to the outside of the building and released into the atmosphere. This cold mist travels through the evaporator coil which is directly in the airstream of a circulation fan that draws air from the building.

The fan pushes the air over the cold coils, which draw heat from the air, cooling the air. The transfer of heat to the refrigerant causes it to turn back into a hot vapor and it enters the compressor to start the cycle again.

History: …………………………………………………………………… 14-17

A company in New York City in the United States first offered air conditioning for automobiles in 1933. Cadillac, Buick, and Oldsmobile added air conditioning as an option to some of their models in the 1953 model year. pressure reduction results in the rapid adiabatic evaporation of a portion of the liquid refrigerant.

A fan circulates warm air in the enclosed space through coils or tubes that carry the mixture of cooling liquid and cold vapor. The evaporator is where the circulating refrigerant absorbs and removes heat, which is then dumped into the condenser and transferred elsewhere by the water or air used in the condenser. This process results in adiabatic flash evaporation and autocooling of a portion of the liquid (typically, less than half of the liquid is flashed).

The expansion valve allows the refrigerant liquid to expand to low pressure in the evaporator. A sensing device, called a temperature tube, signals the diaphragm in the expansion valve to change the opening size depending on the refrigerant temperature at the evaporator outlet, thereby achieving automatic temperature control.

Backup Air Conditioning system from Battery Energy is the cleanest and most available renewable energy source. Now battery use to back up air conditioning on the car, fuel consumption is zero for the engine with no emission because while the engine start is turned off. The purpose of the vehicle's air conditioning system is to cool the air into the cabin and remove moisture from the air so that it feels more comfortable in the vehicle.

In many vehicles, the air conditioner also operates during the defrost setting, drawing moisture from the windshield to improve visibility. Automotive air conditioning (A/C) or mobile air conditioning (MAC) systems have played an important role for human comfort and to some extent for human safety during vehicle driving under various atmospheric conditions. Time required to cool down complete car from 70℃ to 26℃ as we did not use the car air conditioner as before.

System cooling speed 123 J/s or 123 W Cooling time required whole car for 5 passengers from 70˚C to 18˚C when we didn't use car air conditioner like before. The replacement climate control system saves fuel and reduces vehicle emissions by shutting down the engine in situations where the vehicle is not moving. The replacement climate control system saves fuel and reduces vehicle emissions by shutting down the engine in situations where the vehicle is not moving.

When stopped for any reason, the backup system will shut down the engine manually, with seamless functioning. stop backup Air conditioning system technology is one of the fuel economy car technologies to help reduce 𝐶𝑂 emissions. For system improvement, we can add a backup air-conditioned system that can give us much more benefits. It is calculated that Backup Air Conditioning system removes heat from car and all persons with different temperature.

After carrying out research and analysis in the field of backup air conditioning, we can conclude that the implementation of a backup air conditioning system is one of the best ways to achieve fuel-efficient results in air-conditioned vehicles, and it ensures that the environmentally friendly condition is maintained. Stop-start backup Air conditioning technology is one of the fuel-efficient car technologies that help reduce 𝐶𝑂 emissions and save fuel consumption. It plays a key role in achieving emission control while reducing fuel consumption, and a low-temperature heat source can be used to power the air conditioning system.

Automatic repair of the backup air conditioning system can be applied here, which costs more and would have gained the desired result. No additional condenser, expansion valve, receiver drier, voltage controller and charge controller would be needed in that Automatic Backup Air Conditioning System which would increase the output by decreasing the input.
