This thesis report titled "Study on Industrial Machine Control System" submitted by Nazmul Hossain ID of Department of Electrical. This internship report has not been submitted in full for any undergraduate degree. I will graduate from Daffodil International University, Bangladesh for good. We are very grateful to Almighty Allah who has provided us with such an opportunity to gain expertise in South East Textile (PVT) Limited.

At some point in the course of uncertainty and doubt, it turned into his guidance and relentless motivation that helped me tremendously to move forward with this project. I am also grateful to the faculties of the Department of Electrical Engineering for handing over their helpful weapons in the course of the direction of our enterprise. Words are just a few of the many humble obligations to our loving parents for their prayers and perseverance that clearly have the power to see this process through.

Early detection of abnormalities in electrical machines is important due to their variety of applications in different fields. An accurate fault detection scheme helps to stop the spread of the defect or seriously limit its growth and consequently hampers due to planned downtimes, which are production and financial revenues. In the current signal, the stimulation and failure of the rotor of the broken pole of the rotor occurred when there was a rise in the characteristic with wave analysis.

In this case, a brief explanation of rotor failure, various methods of condition monitoring in order to identify rotor failure are discussed.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is an industrial PC control gadget that continuously monitors the states of the input device and makes choices based on a user-defined application to control the states of the output device. It is designed for multiple input and output formats, increased temperature range, resistance to electrical noise and resistance to vibration and shock. Almost any manufacturing process can be significantly beautified using this type of management system; the main advantage of using PLC is the ability to change and copy the operation or method while collecting and communicating the necessary statistics.
