INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS GOING TO RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS

Eligible students for RS are required to visit Brac University

Students should collect PAYMENT SLIP from usis.bracu.ac.bd tFrom student's

own

account) Students must complete ^payments through bank deposits.

Health Check-up is mandatory for all RS students, which will take place in U860301, from January 24 to January 27,2A22 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Students must submit the fully completed ^RS Forms I, ll, lll, lV and V, along with a photocopy

of

health card, five copies of passport size photos, grade sheet, a copy of the payment slip and two copies of ^lD card (updated) to the staff available in U810201 and UB102O2 of Mohakhali Campus from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on January 24,25

&26,2022.

TRANSPORT will leave from Mohakhali Campus towards Residential Campus on Friday, January 28,2012 at 2.00 pm. Students will not be allowed to avail Brac University transports or enter Brac University Residential Campus without wearing or showing their lD Cards.

Students must REACH and REPORT

to

Residentiat Campus between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm on Fridan January ?8,2A22 and they must register their names according to their dormitories and room allocation.

Students are required

to

attend CAMPUS ORIENTATION at 9.00 am on Saturday, January 29, 2A22 at Markuli Hall, Residential Campus.

^{CLASSES will} begin on Sunday,Ianuary 30,2022.

10. Rooms with two or three seats will be provided for the students in the dormitories. Students may

select their own

roommates. However,

during the

submission

of health card

and students'/visitors' profiles, all two/three students for ^a particular room must be present and take part in

the

lottery

to

^get

their

rooms. Phone calls/applications

will not

be entertained while selecting roommates if someone is absent. Vaccination card and Mask is mandatory. A health card will be provided during the health checkup.
