The project required students to work in teams outside of class to apply their chapter knowledge by solving the strategic capsule. By practicing this project, students will not only develop their own critical thinking, but they will also understand the complexities that general managers face in strategy development and implementation at various stages in a company's growth cycle. This project required students to work in teams to apply their course knowledge they acquire, transform it and apply it with each other throughout the semester.

The percentage of students who do not meet expectations is negligible in both summative and formative assessment. The percentage of students who do not meet expectations is quite high in summative assessment, but negligible in formative assessment.

Strategy students develop, prepare and put forward probable proposals for execution under the project, it must lean in the global perspective (eg benchmarking activities) while prescribing Bangladeshi companies. The outcome of this project will highlight the macroeconomic factors (eg stakeholders' right, . government regulations), give students better understanding of ethics and will also recognize Bangladesh's laws in doing business.
